Pega Customer Engagement through Decisioning and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Pega's capability to configure marketing campaign, use decision logic to drive campaigns, omni channel marketing usage, ability to implement always on marketing concept makes it the industry leader when it comes to customer engagement. It is always updating itself with the latest market trends and enabling users to implement the same at their applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less support from Pegasystems on marketing and decisioning issues and problems. Materials and how to's are not easily available to design or troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time marketing, Offering products to customers, Product campaign launch etc are the business problems we handle using Pega. Benefits are ease of design and maintenance, ablity to involve business in designing decision logic and strategies.
Implement pega mashup is very easy
What do you like best about the product?
I have experience with PEGA platform when working as freelancer for Mandiri ( one of PEGA's client in Indonesia ). It's very easy to implement host 2 host interconnection to PEGA mashup and working for most of browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
some limitation in PEGA mashup, especially for webview function in mobile app for iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solving PoC for mandiri online application both for web and mobile apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very simple and easy to use and is very powerful BPM Tool

I like all about this tool, i feel the installation part can be undone with and everything can be moved to Cloud like Salesforce

The possibilities for personal growth and knowledge are endless. Putting everything into bite-sized chunks is my way of learning - and you do that well.

I can't think of anything. Everything is really thorough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple websites with multiple tools and multiple developers all on the same projects. There is a great deal of redundancy

Go slow - there is a lot of information
Great product to quickly model business processes
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to rapidly prototype a business process in Case Designer. The visual representation makes it easy for the business to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the business units feel the UI is a bit out dated. It would help if the out of the box skin was more up to date with modern websites. The developer tools need to be more user friendly and visual in terms of looking at the structure of an application.

Mainly used for order capture and business process modelling.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Currently working on project with Telenet and the process flows are quite easy to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pega for testing in Telecom domain. Pega is tool which can be easily used by any new comer.

ALL integrated platform , and robust process flow, simplified across the segments

What do you like best about the product?
The many out of the box elements that are state of the art.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is definitely much more difficult to build an stable application than it is promoted. It requires a long yeared of experience before you can use it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Underwriting and Claims handling. Internal customer application for case management.

Start small! Ensure that business will use the results! Accompany the change!
is easy for customers and need some improvements for devops

is easy to understand and use, is very easy to create new pages and manage the existing ones. is nice to hace a self service monitoring tool

AES monitoring system need to be upgraded and it would be nice to have compatibility with other monitoring tools such as sitescope and splunk

What do you like best about the product?
The Pega Platform has a large volume of tools and objects that allow to construct any kind of automation. And the most important thing about the Pega Platform that is differentiated from the other competitors is the large community of users that share questions and answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some interfaces, as SAP, showed some complications when I tried to interrogate. I had to use several sendkeys because I couldn't interrogate some buttons. Furthermore, I think that the Pega could change the format of the blocks in the automation (triangle for the decisions, for example).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a big RPA initiative for every department in the company trying the automatize repetitive tasks that doesn't bring value. In my case, I'm developing an automated robot that manage all the maintenance plan of a factory.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend the Pega Platform for those who want to automate processes even not having a programming background.
