Useful way of sharing files, but it has its drawbacks (updated)

Share files between compiuters and users
Collaborate with users all over Mexico in sharing, editing and modifying the same files
Integration with Microsoft Office
Mobile app is great for getting a quick file from the repository
Even the free version has enough space to manage a small business, but the paid versions make a lot of sense for the price.

What do you dislike about the product?
The file size restriction
It does not give you an option to change the file format on the fly
The mobile app does not let you modify files on the fly and then save them back
It should integrate with other office products, like OpenOffice or PDF+ Creator

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share files with people from my team that are in other cities
Editing files at the same time
Sharing a file instead of using something like webex or gotomeeting
Mobile app makes it easier for the whole team to send files even on the field
Have all the latest version of our documentation on the same server and the same location, so the team does not have to carry the files with them, just connect to dropbox and get them

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pay for one of the business options, it makes so much sense rather than using the free version
Integrate it with Office and other Microsoft products, it works great
They have added new restrictions to the free versions, only 3 devices per account, which removes a lot of the functionality that is really needed to use this service.

Dropbox does it!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use. You can access your files with an internet connection from anywhere. It is free to use!
I love dropbox! It is easy to find your files too.

What do you dislike about the product?
You have to login to your dropbox account to access your files. The free account memory fills up sometimes. The pay account has more memory available. The pay account is better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I put all the files I use a lot in my dropbox. I've been using dropbox successfully for years. I recommend dropbox to other professionals. Please try dropbox today.

Use dropbox as it is easy and you can access your files anywhere with an internet connection.

What do you like best about the product?
En lo general todo lo que tiene esta herramienta me encanta, ya que te permite compartir en linea con todos tus colegas, clientes, usuarios finales información de calidad para tus actividades de tu día a día, ademas nos ayuda a llevar un mejor control de todos tus folders organizados por carpetas, tambien nos ayuda en lo comun con tareas personales o bien con tus manager que te solicitan alguna información de importancia para todos les compartes la liga o ruta donde podra encontrar la información de calidad.

nada al contrario me encanta todo lo de esta herramienta ya que nos permite estar en linea con todos tus colegas, asi como tus colaboradores activos, por otro lado con tus usuarios finales asi como los clientes potenciales que les solicitan información confidencial y por ese medio es super seguro tanto para la compañia como para el usuario compartir dicha información.

de todo tipo de problemas, ya que me ha ayudado en mis actividades de mi día a día, así como en la organización, planeación y administración de todo mi contenido de mi día a día, este te beneficia en lo comun con todas tus tareas de tu día con día con tus clientes te facilita la comunicación de todos.

Te la recomiendo es super buena herramienta ya que te ayuda mucho en la administración, organización, planeación de todas tus tareas y archivos de tu día a día.
Good, but need more incentive to use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has good team capabilities, and good ways to organize files. The UI/UX is easy to use and the team space is pretty neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard not to just autodefault to something like google drive, since we use the google suite so much. I dont find a lot of motivation to open up a whole new program just for some small bells and whistles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the team work, setting tasks and assigning those to someone are useful

I've not yet experienced anything that I don't like.

I've solved the problems with using an external hard drive by using Dropbox. I've realized the ease of storing documents in the cloud for access at my convenience.

Dropbox is easy to use and easily accessible.
DropBox is the only way to store in the cloud

I can drop a file and send the link without worrying about maxing out email storage capability

Nothing except sometimes there is an additional permission that is required that might not necessarily have been given when the original file was shared

Keeping email limits in check, not worrying about whether a file went through or not

Dropbox is a good application to store and edit your data on the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox offers great advantage of online integration of your office files. You can edit and save your files on the go. You can access your documents on any device be it mobile or desktop. Its sync is also quite fast and smart.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot integrate it with google office suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can use Microsoft office Online to create a Word, PowerPoint or Excel file directly in this application. You can also edit documents after uploading too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I reccommend dropbox to save your documents but its paid version is expensive.
Convenient Storage Keeper
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can conveniently keep all of your personal files in your Dropbox. It’s secure, it’s easy to use, and it’s organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didn’t have to log on ever time to get into it. I know it’s a security measure, but passwords are so frustrating sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my files in one place. I can put photos in there. I can put documents in there. I can share files with people. It’s a great way to store files!!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is fantastic. The ability to drag and drop and move files and access is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes syncing a device to a computer can be tricky. Updates can be a bit off in terms of what is completed to move and use files.

Being able to share files between family and clients on personal and business needs.
