It’s helpful for watching videos that others recommend to me. The platform is also very easy to access and use.

What do you like best about the product?
What impresses me most about Dropbox is how seamlessly it syncs in the background. I don’t have to worry about version control, because the “Smart Sync” feature lets me access all my files right from my desktop without hogging local storage. It’s fundamentally changed my workflow by making even large file transfers feel instantaneous.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the service is excellent, the pricing structure for individual users and small teams can feel a bit steep compared to competitors. The jump between storage tiers is fairly large, and I’d really like to see more flexible, mid-range options for people who need more than 2TB but don’t quite need the full business suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Dropbox, our team struggled with version control and data scattered across multiple local drives and long email threads. Dropbox addressed this by giving us a single source of truth for all our project assets. Now we can be confident that everyone is working from the most up-to-date version of each file, which has noticeably reduced errors, confusion, and redundant work.

Conflicted copies of excel spreadsheets and information not being saved depending on where you are opening the file.

Dropbox Feels Like an Extension of My Computer—Easy Access Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox feels like an extension of my computer—accessible right in Finder and always available on my other devices. It FEELS secure (though I’m not totally sure whether it is or not). The yearly pricing also seems fair, and they haven’t raised it by 40% like so many other subscriptions I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe better security options or a special secure vault for personal sensitive things?

Feels like enough space for everything I never even check the space of things before I upload them. Easy to share files with others too
Great Features, but More Free Storage Would Be Appreciated
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very easy to use amd working smoothly on my phone. File syncing is fast and reliable, even for large files. I like how simple it is to share files and folders with anyone. Interface is clean and version history helps recover older files when something goes wrong. Overall amazing product.

I feel the free storage should be more than 2GB, and the paid plans are a bit expensive for what they offer.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to sync file and syncing of file is also very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is limited to only 3 device in free version

Syncing file across multiple system. So it is easy for me to work on different system without worrying about latest file version
Easy-to-Navigate UX with Reliable Performance and Strong Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is easy to navigate, I haven't had technical issues for several years, and I think they are doing a great job at integrating with other tools and systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Pricing-wise, they are similar to the rest of the competitors although they dont really offer that much different product. I would like to see more AI features or 'assistants'

I can keep my files and documents in one place and retrieve them at any point from the cloud
