What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Dropbox is that the pricing can feel a bit expensive compared to some alternatives, especially for users who need larger storage plans. The amount of free storage is also somewhat limited, which makes it harder to rely on for long-term use.
I’ve also noticed that syncing can occasionally slow down when it’s handling very large folders or a lot of files at once. And while the interface is generally simple, some of the more advanced sharing and permission settings could be more intuitive and easier for new users to understand and manage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has helped solve the challenge of managing and sharing files across multiple devices and among team members. Before using it, keeping documents up to date and sending large files by email felt time-consuming and disorganized. Now everything is stored in one central place, and I can share files instantly using links or shared folders.
It has also improved collaboration and productivity because everyone can access the most recent version without confusion. Features like automatic syncing and version history reduce the risk of losing important work, which saves time and effort in day-to-day workflows.

I find it easy to save documents with Dropbox, which is a big plus for me. It's super easy to set up, really friendly to use, and helps me save storage on my phone. I appreciate that I can access heavy documents, like books for my university, on multiple devices such as my laptop and iPad.

Effortless File Sync and Team Collaboration Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I can store and access my files anywhere, anytime. Dropbox also makes it easy to share files across teams when I’m working on a project with other team members. No matter which device I’m on, I can still get what I need, and the UI is straightforward and easy to navigate. I simply drop files into a folder, and Dropbox automatically syncs them so they’re available across all my systems. It’s also great for collaboration: I can share website logos, images, and other documents with my team, and everyone can access them, leave comments, and review everything in one place. If I accidentally delete something, I can restore it in Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is really convenient and generally easy to use, but the free storage space is pretty limited compared to other cloud platforms, and the paid subscription feels a bit expensive. I’ve also found that when I need to upload larger files, the process can slow down, which can be annoying when I’m trying to finish something quickly. Also many features such as offline access feature and collaboration feature are limited to paid version only and managing duplicates shared folder sometimes become confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of storing and accessing files across different systems. In Dropbox, adding files and folders is much easier compared to other platforms, and sharing with team members is straightforward. It reduces the dependency on physical storage devices like USB drives and makes file management much easier. Its collaboration features also provide the ability to sync and access files, which reduces the time and effort of having to share files with everyone every time.
Reliable, Easy File Sharing and Version History That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
We started using Dropbox mainly to make file sharing easier across our team, and honestly, it’s just been one of those tools that quietly works without causing problems. Uploading and sharing files is super straightforward, and I like that I can access everything from my laptop or phone without thinking twice about it.
What’s helped us the most is how easy it is to send large files to clients and keep shared folders organized. Before Dropbox, we constantly had issues with different file versions floating around in email threads. Now everything stays in one place and it’s way easier to manage.
I’ve also had a couple of moments where version history saved me after accidentally overwriting a file, so that feature alone has been worth it. Setup was simple, and even less tech-savvy people on our team picked it up quickly.
The only downside is that pricing can start to feel expensive once your storage needs grow, especially for smaller teams. But overall, it’s been reliable and easy to use, which is really all you want from a tool like this.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t love about Dropbox is the pricing. It starts off reasonable, but as your storage needs grow or you need more advanced admin/security features, the cost can add up pretty quickly for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping us solve a lot of the file management and collaboration issues we used to deal with daily. Before using it, files were scattered across emails, local desktops, and different shared drives, which often led to confusion around the latest version of a document.
Now everything is stored in one centralized place, making it much easier for our team to access, share, and collaborate on files from anywhere. It’s especially useful for sharing large files with clients and keeping project folders organized without endless email threads.
The biggest benefit has been saving time and reducing back-and-forth. We spend less time searching for files or fixing version issues, and the team can work more efficiently since everyone has access to the same up-to-date documents.
