Access to everything everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Backing up all my photos to one place whether I am using ios or Android.
The ablity to share folders and have multiple people using it and editing.

Sometimes bogs down updating. Also sometimes the files do not show up right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple people and need to share files all day long. Dropbox solves the problem.
Dropbox Has Never Failed Me
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has always offered a wealth of storage space, I've never had security issues, my client base comprises a very wide demographic and no one has ever had a problem accessing their folders or files, and I appreciate its easy use and compatibility with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly price would be my only complaint. I think it could be a little more of a competitive rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to store large files for different clients. I am able to organize these files and Dropbox allows easy and private access for my clients and their files without them having to sign up or create an account and password-- this is great.
Great tool for group projects remotely

Dropbox allows for me to share larger files,without the loss of quality of the work

There are very few things I dislike, but the amount of storage could be increased when sharing larger files this is needed

It allows me to share video files remotely, when my team is in different areas of the world. The ease of use and access is incredible.
Dropbox is an Essential for creators
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and share files. I am a professional music producer and Dropbox has become essential to my workflow. I save all of my projects on Dropbox as a back up and to be able to access them anywhere I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be pricey for some content creators
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to carry around hard drives with hundreds of unreleased songs that could possibly be leaked if lost . Dropbox keeps my files secure and gets them into the hands of the people that need them.
Collaboration made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic syncing and saving functions are really helpful as you are working on a document. I also love that it "locks" documents and warns you if someone else is using the file, so the chance of overwriting or making a file redundant is greatly reduced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscriptions can be very pricey if you're paying out of pocket!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving collaboration problems and allowing us to "crowdsource" materials more quickly. It reduces timelines and ensures a more seamless, quality experience.
Secure and Accessible
What do you like best about the product?
It seems that Dropbox is always acceptable to whatever site that I'm trying to upload documents to. It's always in the right format. When my other document storage sites won't work, Dropbox always comes through for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides of using Dropbox, absolutely none. I love it. It's very to use and very easy to implement. You don't have to be a technical wizard to use it.

I really appreciate that Dropbox is continuing to improve their platform with the release of new features and functionality that makes the platform easier to use. There are a ton of new features that go beyond just file storage and truly help you streamline your business processes.

Though I've used Dropbox for years in my own life and business, I have encountered some clients who are concerned about sharing their files with me via Dropbox due to some privacy and security concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy for my clients and I to share files with one another as we dig into their web design projects. We're able to avoid sending back and forth emails full of various file verisions. Instead, we can easily manage our files and ensure we each using the latest verisions. My clients and I are also able to leave comments for one another on certain files so we can easily collaborate.

What do you like best about the product?
Good PDF viewer and excellent audio player.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes users that I share files with get a message that their storage is full. I would like a media player. An audio player that would play the contents of a folder. Or a video player that would play all videos in a folder.

Sharing large files that unable to be sent via email.
Dropbox saved me from loosing my thesis
What do you like best about the product?
Having my documents synced to Dropbox means that I can access my files from anywhere, on any device, giving me the ability to work even if I don't have my computer available to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit steep for students, however when I nearly lost my thesis, paying for Dropbox all these years was totally worth it.
