Long time DropBox user!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to share files and collaborate with co-workers and clients. It also makes it easy to organize and sync files from the desktop app or the website. I have found Dropbox to be more efficient at playing media files on multiple devices than Google Drive. This is important as a VO artist and a musician. It's also great for backing up files as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Dropbox links for media files don't play when clicked and must be copied to the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of sharing large size files that won't fit in an email and also keeping them organized.

I like how easy it is to navigate and how it is a good central place to store and share files

What do you like best about the product?
Don't have to think about it. I install it on Linux, windows and Mac and works flawlessly on every platform. Full set of features and affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any significant concerns about the service.

Ease of use and multi platform

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that all the documents upload so quickly and that Dropbox is ecosystem agnostic. My work has changed recently and Dropbox has allowed me to transition into freelancing and sharing files with clients easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the design of the website to feel a little cluttered and hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to share files and links quickly and with internet and app access, it's easy for people on the other end to use it too
Why did I take so long to sign top for this?
What do you like best about the product?
I like knowing that my files are safe, secure and accessible. The Mac plugin makes it easy to treat Dropbox like an extra folder on my hard drive, which means I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Opening massive photoshop files straight out of dropbox can take extra time than if those files were local, but this is a tradeoff I'm willing to accept goven the extra hard drive space it affords me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me store huge artwork files, and also gives me an easy way to share my work with my collaborators.
Easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is really easy to use and feels like a hard drive, which makes it easy to train others on. It provides backup assurance while being very intuitive and doesn't require any extra steps. Docs are easy to view and edit from multiple users and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes files are left open and are slow to update across users. It can also be challenging to edit at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need access to business records for multiple users, viewers and devices. Security and backup are side bonuses. We've tried other services and none is as simple or seamless.
Useful for work and storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is accessible and has loads of storage space. It is simple to use for most people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that it can be clunky to sync across devices once there is many folders on the dropbox. Also i find it difficult to keep track of how to quickly and easily upload pictures from my phone. They always want to automatically go to onedrive and I wish they could automatically go to drop box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy to share large files between colleagues and is a place for storage that we can all access. There are some concerns at the institution about the security and the international jurisdiction underwhich the data is stored.

Very very occasional glitches, but they're usually solvesble

Sending large amounts of data to clients
Dropbox is great! I use it to store all of my pictures and videos taken by members of our family.

You always know how much storage you have and you have immediate access to everything you store there.

There's not much you can't like about Dropbox. It's always there and ready wnehever you need it.

I have immediate access to my account and all of the files, photos and videos stored there.
Dropbox is helpful in sharing documents with coworkers.
What do you like best about the product?
You can add documents instantaneously and share with others likewise. I like how you are able to organize by folders and add word documents, excel documents, photos, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not love about Dropbox is you are unable to edit documents in real time. It would be great if you could do this and those who the documents are shared with could see the edits as well.

Sharing documents and storing documents in a way that is efficient and practical with the work I do.
