Easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is really easy to use and feels like a hard drive, which makes it easy to train others on. It provides backup assurance while being very intuitive and doesn't require any extra steps. Docs are easy to view and edit from multiple users and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes files are left open and are slow to update across users. It can also be challenging to edit at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need access to business records for multiple users, viewers and devices. Security and backup are side bonuses. We've tried other services and none is as simple or seamless.
Useful for work and storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is accessible and has loads of storage space. It is simple to use for most people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that it can be clunky to sync across devices once there is many folders on the dropbox. Also i find it difficult to keep track of how to quickly and easily upload pictures from my phone. They always want to automatically go to onedrive and I wish they could automatically go to drop box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy to share large files between colleagues and is a place for storage that we can all access. There are some concerns at the institution about the security and the international jurisdiction underwhich the data is stored.

Very very occasional glitches, but they're usually solvesble

Sending large amounts of data to clients
Dropbox is great! I use it to store all of my pictures and videos taken by members of our family.
What do you like best about the product?
You always know how much storage you have and you have immediate access to everything you store there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much you can't like about Dropbox. It's always there and ready wnehever you need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have immediate access to my account and all of the files, photos and videos stored there.
Dropbox is helpful in sharing documents with coworkers.
What do you like best about the product?
You can add documents instantaneously and share with others likewise. I like how you are able to organize by folders and add word documents, excel documents, photos, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not love about Dropbox is you are unable to edit documents in real time. It would be great if you could do this and those who the documents are shared with could see the edits as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing documents and storing documents in a way that is efficient and practical with the work I do.

Seems simple to use for my purposes - uploading documents to court reporters for use in Zoom hearings

Seemed somewhat difficult to learn early on without prior experience.

As a writer i feel secure with leaving everything in Dropbox.

haven't found any dislikes would be great if they would incorporate ai to manage and organize your files in a new folder system by subject year and date.

It's easy to sync and customize, and it makes it easy for us to share our lab work amongst ourselves and others

Sometimes it has trouble figuring out versions when multiple people have a file open at once

Sharing work across people and being able to see and restore previous versions of you make mistakes

What do you like best about the product?
Simple file sharing, quick and easy to add files, screen recording tool is handy too!

Viewing large folders of images can be a bit hard sometimes

It is practical, easy to use and I can in a safe and good manner save and share documents, pictures and videos.

It can be difficult to navigate through the app sometimes, and the pricing maybe. But otherwise I am pretty satisfied.
