It does the job I think there are lots of benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that it integrates with my iPhone which allows me to save files directly from apps to Dropbox this saves me hours in a day
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes ages to load and it's quite slow when connecting with excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run an on demand clothing line it allows me to share products and images with manufacturers

Able to share links and easily drop in large files to send to other people internally or externally
What do you dislike about the product?
The free storage isn't a high limit, especially when you have large file sizes (sending videos).

Helping transfer files outside of organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Of the cloud-based storage services I have used (iCloud, Google Drive, etc), Dropbox is easily the most user-friendly. I used it for folder syncing, file sharing, backups. It works almost seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike, honestly, is the pricing. Limiting devices that can sync to 3 in the basic plan is a bit of a pinch. But I also understand the point of putting key features in a paid tier, it definitely makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team share files for our projects, and it makes them available on my primary devices.
Gets The Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has always provided what I need for my cloud storage purposes. It has an easy to understand interface that allows for variable use depending on your needs. I have used it for personal storage and for shared team projects. Easy to use, easy to understand, and gets the job done.

I have no complaints regarding my experience with Dropbox

Dropbox really makes it user friendly to do team projects using cloud services for quick and easy collaborations.

The professional plan options are diifficult to learn.

Brilliant Way to Mass-Share Files
What do you like best about the product?
Can't put it any other way: Dropbox is the best way to connect people in a business for file sharing. I love how easy it is to edit permissions and organize files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing negative about the service itself. Sometimes there are (VERY) minor bugs with the website like folder names won't show and I have to refresh, but the service itself is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing video files for social media sharing across all of our platforms and people that manage them.
Dropbox for all!

Dropbox is widely used by my clients and companies that we do regualr business with, including international clinets. There are no issues accessing both in the US and internationally.

Price. Much more expensive than similar services.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to save share and retrieve all my important files.

I haven't found anything I don't like. Its a great product/service.

Convenient and seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to easily upload my freelance writing work to Dropbox at any time, providing my client with immediate access. It is a great way to share documents without any fuss. I have used Dropbox every month for a number of years and have been very happy with the experience, features and ease of integration. Customer support is always available if needed, which thankfully is not very often. A great tool to implement into your daily routine!

Running out of space and needing to pay for more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing a seamless way to transfer/access content between freelancer/agency. It makes it quick and easy to upload at any time, from anywhere and know that the documents are in a safe and secure place where only trusted people can access them.
Convenient way to share large files and readily available to all users.
What do you like best about the product?
Uploading large files and folders is easy to do in order to share with remote users
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to receive notices if files have been downloaded.

Our current email system limits the size of files that can be shared. DropBox has provent to be a convenient way of getting data to other team members.
