Reliable and easy-to-use cloud storage for work and personal files
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very simple to use and syncs smoothly across devices. File and folder sharing with colleagues or clients is straightforward. Integration with other tools works well, and version history makes it easy to recover older files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free storage runs out quickly, and the paid plans are relatively expensive. Upload and download speeds can vary at times. The interface could be more flexible for team collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes file sharing and collaboration much easier. It solves the problem of sending large files by email and keeps all versions accessible in one place. This improves teamwork and reduces the time spent searching for documents.

Other apps that do the same thing and it makes it hard to find one that works just right.

It is too similar to ICloud and the microsoft products that are out. I know Dropbox has been out longer than some products but I feel that you need something to draw people in.

An additional layer of storage for files.
Simple and Security
What do you like best about the product?
It can save big files in a space where you can use them whenever and wherevere. When need to share with other person a file, just simple provide your authority to them using Only that file. There is no time limited to store the documents in the 'station'. Overall, it is easy to use, no need special skill.
What do you dislike about the product?
Largely depends on internet speed. So for users in certain countries, for example in China, it is not that easy to use this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
transfer big file to other person, store documents which are not easy to carry with you in limited computer space.

I use it mostly for large documents like papers, essays, etc. It is easy to organize and locate what I am looking for.

the syncing of files can be confusing and complicated, also the plans are expensive

Great because of its backups, has good security features, and is pretty quick.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use particularly with people outside of the company i work with. I can trust it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely cant think of any dislikes, it does what it says on the tin.

it's very easy and convenient to use for clients wanting to share their media with us. great brand recognition and customer perception is that it's safe to use.

sometimes sharing/user permissions are not intuitive and giving the correct permissions can take a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
primarily, my clients use it to share documents like trafficking instructions, the exact media files, etc with us for running their ads. they can share multiple versions as well to relay all the information at once rather than send multiple emails.

Dropbox makes file sharing and collaboration seamless. I especially like the automatic syncing across devices, ease of access from anywhere, and simple folder sharing with teammates. The integration with third-party tools also adds a lot of flexibility.

Sometimes syncing can be slow with large files, and storage upgrades can feel expensive compared to alternatives

problem of file accessibility and collaboration. I no longer worry about forgetting files on a specific device because everything is stored in the cloud and synced across all my devices

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it very easy to store and share files across different devices. The synchronization works smoothly, and I can access my documents from anywhere. It also integrates with many third-party tools, which makes it convenient for collaboration with teams.

The free storage space is too limited compared to other providers, and upgrading to higher plans feels quite expensive. Sometimes the desktop app uses a lot of resources in the background, which slows down my computer.

What do you like best about the product?
simplicity, user friendly and good for day to day file sharing for my line of work. I have implemented this through out my team and looking to fully integrate through out the business. We use this daily without any issues
