Wonderful! Highly useful
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox and Dropbox Replay have been a huge part of streamlining my workflow, especially as someone working with video content. Beyond just storage, Replay has made the feedback process so much more efficient—I’m able to have clients leave comments directly on specific moments in a film, which eliminates confusion and saves a lot of back-and-forth.
Dropbox overall keeps everything organized and accessible across my devices, and I love how easy it is to manage different versions of projects without things getting messy. Delivering final films to clients is also incredibly simple—I can just send a clean, professional link rather than dealing with large attachments or multiple platforms.
Together, they’ve made my process more seamless, collaborative, and professional, both on my end and for my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to find all my files in one place, and I also feel confident they’re safe if something were to happen to my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get pretty pricey for the amount of storage you actually get.

It puts everything in one organized place, and it makes sending content easy with just one link.
NO MORE FILING CABINET
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been a game changer for my company. I have been using it for about 10 years now. Once I got used to using it and trusting that my documents were safe, I got rid of the filing cabinet and it was so freeing. Also being able to scan documents from my phone allows me to work anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it is not free. However, very reasonably priced considering what a great tool it is for my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more filling cabinet means much less paper to deal with. Dropbox gives me peace of mind regarding my documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create as many folders as I want and clearly label my files. Sharing content with my team is also very easy, which makes my job feel smoother and simpler compared with other platforms we’ve tried.

I wish you could change the image of the blue file to a custom image to more clearly see what’s inside on a simple glance

Storage on my computer is a huge deal, I’m downloading and uploading hundreds of files weekly and I need that cloud storage to free up my mac
Super User Friendly and Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the interface is to use and it's sleek look. I can keep all my filed organized and my clients can easily access them. I also love the transfer for download feature so my clients have an expiration date when they need to download the video by.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is solving the issue of how to get first cuts to clients quickly so they can review and send feedback. With dropbox relay I am able to do this process very easily. It also solves the issue of clients downloading the videos on time so I can delete them from my dropbox when I need to.

I appreciate the efficiency and quick turnaround when uploading, renaming and saving files on Dropbox.

I dislike how expensive Dropbox is, especially after using it for so long and it’s even more frustrating that my previous account was hacked.

Overall, Dropbox is a great system for storing and sharing files. Support is great, simple UI/UX, and competitive pricing.

Dropbox improves the way in which we collaborate remotely across the country by allowing easy access to shared files. Additionally, Dropbox is perfect for storing audit-ready HR files
Zero-Friction Dropbox Backup on Mac That Feels Worth the Price
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I save directly on Dropbox folder in my Mac and automatically everything is backed online. Zero friction process.

What do you dislike about the product?
A bit too pricey, especially considering that I am not just buying it for myself, but for the whole team. Also, sometimes it allows you to copy the link, but it takes longer to fully upload it. Thus, you risk to send a non-working link to a client, because the upload is still in progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us as a company to have a backup of every file we worked on. Also, if by any chance you cancelled anything by mistake, you can also get back to an historical version of your file. Very useful. Even in cases of any technical problem with a laptop, all colleagues with the link can easily re-download the latest version of a deck or a needed file.
