Works great for what I need?
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and intuitive for a smooth brained ops monkey like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I load a model, it doesn't scroll intuitively. It's not the worst, just a minor workflow nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to see when customers get notifications and this works perfectly for that.

Easy-to-use tool to reverse ETL
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to add new fields to reverse ETL
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing...more security compliance on the free version would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch allowed us to reverse ETL data from sources into external platforms, which helped flesh out outreach programs.
You want to sync your Data to different Platforms? Hightouch is the best out there!

The ease and simplicity of making connectiong between CRM and the Cloud data platform has me hooked!

There is not much to dislike about Hightouch, only have experience positives till now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is that you not need high technical skills to use Hightouch, and you dont need to be an engineer to start using Hightouch.

What do you like best about the product?
It not only helps our organization meets our need of synchronization between database and CRM tools but alos has features that complements various project like the audiences for exemple. The support is also very responsive and brings additional ideas on how we can use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything worth complaining; I think we might be using it a little bit more differently than others but it works fine for us

Because we have sensitive information about prospects that needs to be accessed by the sales team; we use hightouch extensively for synchronisation purposes

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration with multiple sources and sinks, and overall reliable performances. Licensing mode allows to start small without a massive onboarding cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there seems not to be any Terraform support, therefore the Hithouch platform has. to be trated as a separate asset from the rest of the data space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating the Data warehouse environment with third party vendor's tooling and platforms (e.g.: Salesforce)

Using Cron Expression is difficult without prior knowledge so for example took me a while to figure out how to schedule something second day of the month

Just automating reports by having them autopopulate into our g sheet

- less avenues for analysing results and data to improve performance

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hightouch is helping to run pricing campaigns for different sets of users on the platform like new users, repeat users and Dormant users. It helps to schedule comms to multiple set of users and analyse the performance.
