What do you like best about the product?
I like several aspects of BitSight, a few of which are highlighted below.
* User-friendliness; all features are easily accessible in the portal.
* Risk overview of a company

What do you dislike about the product?
The only area where BitSight could be improved is in updating zero-day vulnerabilities, which occasionally takes time to update the CVE in the vulnerability catalog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy due diligence while onboarding a vendor.
Periodic vendor evaluation is now made easy by validating what vendor claims during a review.

An important tool help understand my enterprise security posture
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor my public facing assets and provide the security ratings of these assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface for exporting out data. The data filtering can be further improve.

Oversight of our business units across the globe. Enable quick assess of businesses that we are considering for services or other purposes. Management and Shareholders reporting which BitSight is a product with good market shares.

What do you like best about the product?
BitSight scoring can give our affiliates of competing mind. Easy to recognize what they have to do for their security enhancement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The BitSight Findings are Not timely alerting, and exposed vulnerabilities sometimes do not cover all the assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To check the security scoring of the 3rd party and our supply chain partners when starting a business and re-evaluating.
Bitsight is a good tool for alerts of companies vulnerabilities outside our organization

Able to see vulnerabilities within our own organization and with companies we are subscribed too

Alerts are sent in late afternoon, would rather have the alert sent upon finding

We are currently determining how to approach compies that we subscribe to
BitSight has been a good source to identify issues that are present in our environment.
What do you like best about the product?
One thing that I like the most about BitSight is the "Risk Remediation Plan" that it creates. It breaks down very clearly how we could achieve a better grade by remediating some issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I would like that BitSight doesn't have is separating the IP range depending on what region the IP is registered for ( ex, Asia, Europe, South America, etc.)

BitSight gives a clear rating of our third parties security rating which is really beneficial for us.

Wish after a review you would have a symbol that you could tell if it was still bad or was now good.....dont like that you have to search

Provides real time data and alert us about vendor's security rating

Ability to analyse security from 360 degrees for publicly facing domains. Also alret us when change in rating. Providing good customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Bitsight is that it not only helps us understand our security performance but also helps us understand our vendors, clients and third parties security performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, we have not used it in a pervasive manner to figure out any room for improvement. Hopefully, there will not be any data discrepancies, and it will provide us with security performance that shows the vulnerabilities with a solution-based approach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BitSight Security Ratings provide details of what caused a drop in the ratings and the effective date directing us to remediate it. This has helped us to make our security performance better and our ratings to improve.
Customer service as excellent, everything was explained well all my questions were answered soundly.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy seeing how my security rates at any point in time. I like all of the detail that it provides. The best thing is the remediation strategies. They don't just tell you there is a problem. They provide information on how to resolve the problem
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen anything I dislike about the product.

We do annual security audits, but this gives us a way to measure our performance during the year.
