All in One Field Service and Asset Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the most helpful feature of KloudGin Field Service and Asset Management is how the different manage Assets and how easy it is to keep track of all the assets in KloudGin with utmost utilization of all the field assets. One more thing that is very helpful is their Native Mobile Application which is very useful for the field workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my ever experience with KloudGin Field Service and Asset Management, I have not found any downsides to this Asset Management System. In comparison to other FS and AM, it has more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized Dispatching, Route Optimization and Mobile Field Application are among the many valuable features KlougGin provides. And by using these features, organizations can utilize the resources to the fullest.

The best thing about Kloudgin Field Service and Asset Management is that it helps manage multiple modules of field service, like contracts, inventory, assets, and billing.

There is nothing I dislike about Kloudgin Field Service and Asset Management.

Kloudgin Field Service and Asset Management deal with multiple modules of field service like contracts, inventory, assets, and billing. They are easy to handle using Kloudgin.
Great learning experience
What do you like best about the product?
I learnt to create dashboards and how to create editable table and transaction form in dashboard.I also learn to add actions, applying filters,conditions etc in the table and form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.everything is good about kloudGin FSM and EAM.

In Field service management,KloudGin provides work order management to crew members. customer who complaint, can track the status of field person work.

User friendly, easy to use and platform independent. Easy to understand

At first it was bit difficult to work on kloudgin designer so if possible make kloudgin designer more user friendly

Now via kloudgin it easier to keep record of manual work like going to field..crew handling and all. Tedious management is now becoming easier

What do you like best about the product?
THe platform lets your manage your assets with ease and manage the workforce as required. The navigation within the system is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such to dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the name says , it solves field service and assesment management on a single platform. Centralizing all the data really makes it easy for a client and it is also much more cheaper than the oracle products so smallers clients can also benefit.
A good hands-on experience!
What do you like best about the product?
The Work Order Submission and Dispatch feature along with Maps integration into the application makes it impressive for me as location of the field worker can be tracked along with live status of Work Order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing per se, the only things I'd like to mention are that sometimes the application does take some time to reflect changes or needs a re login for the changes to reflect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While integration with Oracle utilities applications like C2M, an outbound for a field activity from the system can be configured to trigger a work order whose track can be kept easily using KloudGin.

Perfect platform for field service management because we have so many options like Navigation, maps, status of the activity etc..

There are many features that are customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
New updates have removed or restricted functionality, such as Work order Sub-Statuses (i.e., On hold-P.O., On Hold - Parts, etc.) and the ability to create multiple Survey lines at once. There is also no ability to have a Multi-asset Work order and
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to utilize a web-based platform so we as Management, can assist our field crews whenever and wherever we are.
