Courses are good
What do you like best about the product?
Teaching in pills. You learn about small topics and then you see all the image of the topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some courses doesn't has the same structure. Some courses has more text an others has a video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning about Machine Learning and Data Analysis. This benefits me being more competitive.

Udacity is tackling the issues of education (STEM) using its trademark - Nanodegrees.
The mentorship Nanodegree gave me more insight, especially in tech interviews and at work.

The technicality of the courses and how the classes are packaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Give options for Power BI and Tableau. Not Tableau alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convenience and proper short courses package.
Great learning environment to learn coding
What do you like best about the product?
Programming exercises and projects, with a Jupyter Notebook environment available directly in the courses. The theoretical lectures tend to be short, but relevant, and include many useful and interesting bits.
What do you dislike about the product?
That's not a great grievance, but sometimes the coding exercises require not-the-latest versions of, e.g., Python libraries and make use of depreciated functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my personal perspective, Udacity is great at brushing up machine learning and data science skills, and on top of that, it offers many entry-level courses for free.

The contents are relevant, and the instructors explain the topics very well. Moreover, the assignments are very benficial.

The timeline is too tight. It's difficult to manage after workload.
