the udacity program is adding to me more information about marketing, especially social media and email marketing. Now I see the social media and my inbox mail in a different view

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing I found as a problem, the benefits that I have realized that the easy way that I can take my lessons via mobile, laptop or any device.
DMND program is well-structured and very practical

From my point of view, Udacity programs depend on the practical side, which is what I wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't touched anything important to say, but sometimes I feel that some topics need more explanation, but in the end, I find more references besides practical projects which is the most important aspect for me.

Shifting a career is not easy, during the program I get mentoring.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me learn and know insights into various technical topics. Plus, the scholarship awarded to the students is a much-appreciated Initiative by Udacity. And the nano-degrees are the best way to prove how much knowledge you actually have about a certain niche topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such for now, there is nothing that I dislike about the platform but few things can be improved on the UI/UX part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to decently acquire lots of knowledge about any topic I am Interested in no matter in whichever part of the world I am.

There are a lot of things like in Udacity as it had helped me to explore and learn about UX design and Product Management. Some of the best things I like in Udacity are
1) The Quality of content is very high as experienced industry professionals teach them
2) Well-structured content of the course, as it consists of a combination of quizzes. videos and projects
3) The Mentor Reviews on the projects we do as a part of the Udacity nanodegree are beneficial as they help us to understand where we need to improve ourselves
4) Udacity consists of courses that help students to learn trending and new technologies like data science, growth startegy,self driving car and on many more interesting topics.
5) The Udacity Learners Community helps learners from all over world to collaborate and learn together by sharing their learnings and also asking doubts to other people in the community.
6) The capstone project that we do as a part of nanodegree is similar to a real life project we build in companies

I feel like the pricing is too high when we take into account the Indian market. The best way is it can provide discounts to students who have a college email id to enable more and more students to learn from Udacity.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the projects. But there were not enough to cover all the material in the "nanodegree". Also, project reviews are very much hit and miss. Some reviewers are great, and some should probably look at doing something else.
What do you dislike about the product?
The material for the course was mostly disjointed. It appeared to have been cobbled together with existing pieces from other courses. In addition, technical topics were taught in a very dry fashion. There was a significant amount of typos, and missing items as well.

I'm learning Machine Learning. I have realized little benefits coming out of the course. I feel like I am where I was at the beginning and will look into alternatives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look around for other vendors. This is very much a crowded field: deeplearning.ai, coursera, udemy, fourth brain, etc.
Paid $1000 for a glorified e-book. Will not help you get a better job.

Customer service is not in the US. They will answer you no different than a FAQ bot would.

It's a Scam. Don't buy it. WILL NOT HELP YOU GET A JOB.

Customer service couldn't care less about the fact that I was not doing well on the course. Tried to get credits to do another course instead of a refund and was Promptly refused.

What do you like best about the product?
I love its interface, it is simple and very easy to use, besides the platform itself is very well developed, I have never had any problem with the tools it makes available to me. The audio quality and video resolution offered by the classes are amazing, the quality is perfect.
I also like that you find many free courses, that's how I started and it was one of the best things that has happened to me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Udacity is one of the best educational platforms that exists, however there is a detail that I do not like at all and that is that it does not have many courses available in Russian language and for those who do not master much the English language becomes complicated, of course there are certain courses with subtitles available, but there is no way to know in advance, because in the course description does not specify the languages of the subtitles, so you must register and see if they are available in that specific course the translation to Russian or not.

Udacity is indicated for self-taught people, and that was precisely my experience, when I met Udacity, because I did not know what university career to take, I knew I was passionate about the technological area, but I did not know exactly which specific career to decide for. I found out about Udacity from a friend who recommended it to me, I entered the platform and decided to sign up for a couple of courses both in programming, my low command of English at first was a drawback, however I realized that the quality of education was superior, so I decided to make a big effort, which led me to get great results. I started with free courses, currently I am taking a Nanodegreees and I am doing excellent, I feel very qualified and that has allowed me to advance in my work life.
This year I finally decided what I want to do for good, Udacity really changed my life.

Because it is the best online education platform, the teachers are very trained and the level of education is really superior, I loved it and it really generated a big change in me, I appreciate that enormously.
After 15 min and paid for this class I felt like it was a complete scam!

They took my money and Refused to give me any refund after only 15 min of taking the class

I was not expeding to know about the class that I had signed up for, I fully expected that my class would teach me the things I had signed up for and I was very wrong
