Great authentication app to access office VDI with ultimate security
What do you like best about the product?
Using Virtual desktop of our company with tough to access because of data security reasons and client usually dont accept it but with DUO app it was very seamless and we use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a great authenticator, additional feature like time tracking and location can be more useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual desktop access was really tough task for the team due to which they were not able to connect when outside office or in different work location due to client meeting. Using DUO security is hassle free and team can access desktop easily.

Easy to use, but an annoying extra step
What do you like best about the product?
Duo Security is straightforward and easy to use. I have had no issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it annoying that access expires after 24 hours on personal devices or that I can't have a code that lasts longer than 24 hours that would allow me to log back in without reopening the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo Security helps keep my accounts secure which allows me to navigate my accounts with peace of mind.

It is one of the most secured and reliable Multi Factor Authentication solution which provides you additional layer of security for your organization network and applications.

Duo Security keeps all of our apps secure at work with 2FA login.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly approve push 2FA notifications can be a little annoying and disrupting throughout the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo Security makes everything more secure. If someone gets your password, they can't log into your entire work database due to MFA.

I really like the feature where I can approve a login without typing in my passcode.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it did not take over my browser so I cant go back and look at things without canceling it out.

I feel more secure when loging in to diffrient accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Duo is very easy to use - it provides various options to authenticate your login information. Additionally, I have an Apple Watch with the Duo app and I can confirm my login from my watch.

It can get tedious at time, but it's worth the peace of mind.

It prevents outside sources from accessing sensative materials, and it makes it easier for us to do our job without any concerns.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding new devices to it for the one time security login. Plus the push notification helps in making the process easier for login. No more remembering passcodes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about it. Just that it can venture more into introducing more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you're bad at remembering passwords and want to make sure only a bunch of devices are allowed to access your web pages or portals, Duo security makes it way easier with its push notification. All you have to do is register your devices one time and every time you login it will send a push notification to that device. You click on the approved button and there you go. It also has single sign in options to allow one device at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
Duo was incredibly easy to set up as a user, and offered some great options to allow for quick verification

Likely not down to Duo itself, but the frequency I needed to authenticate was a little annoying, but does provide for a safer solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo allowed me to login using my business email to all my available services, and provided that extra layer of security.
