I'd love to be able to have individual customable dashboards for my team members. I hear they took this feedback on board.

We did a deep dive of checkout funnels looking at blocking errors and customer struggle.
We also get quarterly shopping insight reports from the team which help with prioritising our workload

Understanding customer journeys and behaviors. solving CX issues very quickly and getting to the root cause

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interfaces, good pre-built dashboards/analysis tools, very strong and responsive support and account teams. Integrations are very helpful and reliable. Overall insights really help us improve the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Playback can sometimes load slowly but overall not a big or consistent issue.

Undersdatnding why customers are acting the way they are, what keeps them egnaged

We are only used to the legacy software provided by Session Cam, and still learning Glassbox. It is still challenging to articulate possible issues

Funnel related issues, issues related to JS errors, correlating customer feedback with sessions
A 'MUST' tool to drive CX
What do you like best about the product?
1)Easy to use tool with clear visualization. 2) “Struggle Pages” provided us the insights on what we need to do more. 3) Recordings replay and sharing allow clear demonstrations of customer pain points. The marketing team and Development team can work together to fix any potential show-stopper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding User/ team management, I would like to have the control to be able to access multiple accounts to one user. This is important for us who have the need to manage multiple sites.

We love the service; multiple departments now use it, the only thing I can think of that I would like to do is be able to add viewing accounts on my own. We setup Glassbox with our single sign on further expanding on its ease of use.
