Easy to setup and easy to use !
What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox offers so much more than just session replays! The heat map reports are my favorite, being able to drill down to what elements on a page users are engaging with. Also, the ability to create custom reports so easy is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more time to use it and explore all it’s capabilities.

Understand user behavior, how they are using our site where they are struggling and what needs to be fixed

What do you like best about the product?
Great product that helps track the App usage. Very easy to setup, use and administrate and amazing support when needed

Nothing that I could think of now - solution is great.

The support team are very responsive with questions/follow-ups. Very easy to setup and the suppot is great. Glassbox meets our requirements very well abd are easy to do business with

Would be good to see some more automated methods of measuring quality control in our app although I understand that each app has different quirks & requirements

What do you like best about the product?
I like viewing the sessions of customers for pain points and issues and addressing them. Also, I like the conversion and fall out metrics that glassbox provides to analyze and address the issues, which inturn helps us in improving the conversion. Its easy to use, easy to setup and great business value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was notified of recent upgrades and it was a surprise when logged in. We would have liked it if upgrades were communicated to us. Also, it would be better to have a support page within glassbox on how to use various features. Maybe like a video or notes

Glassbox is a great UX monitoring and analytics platform
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent search/filter capability and collaboration features - very easy to share sessions. Also really like the analytics capabilities such as custom funnels and alerts to monitor key UX processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was an ability to view PDF documents that are presented as part of a customers onboarding process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business utilizes Glassbox for problem management, UX/conversion monitoring, and post-install validation. The use of Glassbox has led to faster identification and resolution of problems. In addition, we leverage Glassbox to proactively identify areas of struggle and improvement opportunities to help reduce friction across the web experience.

Struggles detection is not particularly insightful in indicating customer pain points for our use case

Not a reflection on Glassbox, but working with 3rd party web partners can make integration difficult

Glassbox is a world-class UX, BX & CX tool - one of the most robust tools available today. The tool should be used as complementary to other analytics platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Recorded Sessions allows us to trace customer interactions by replaying their entire session with helpful features to see more technical details and share specific action points with the team. This tool helps both the non-technical users and devs identify specific use-case issues at the individual customer level.
Funnels is another tool that enables us to analyze all customer behavior against specific expected checkpoints. We can draw out quantified insights that help prioritize issues to fix and calculate the gains after the fix.
Client Support is top-notch through trial, setup, and business insight gathering.

What do you dislike about the product?
No perceived downsides yet. If anything, the many great features can be overwhelming for a new user, but their client support team solves that by walking through next steps and providing training on specific tool-sets at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer UX Issues were hidden before using Glassbox. It was challenging to provide support to our customers just from the log sink, especially when logs don't capture UX. Glassbox Recorded Sessions made debugging real quick and easy, where now there isn't any dependency on a dev alone to peruse logs to identify issues.
We also had some difficulty quantifying the impact of specific UX issues on our sales which Glassbox Funnels has adequately solved.

Complete, efficient, effective data capture
What do you like best about the product?
The complete clickstream of a user experience is captured, with the ability to describe specific points along the experience of specific interest or importance for analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike of the product, more a key learning in its use: You need to be thoughtful and careful on how you capture and secure the data captured, what volume of data you want to retain and for how long.

Optimize specific customer experiences by better understanding points of friction, dropoffs and completion.
