release quality, since they are adding new features and improvements quickly

Most importantly, reduced mean time to repair (MTTR) for application issues, for both internal and external customer applications.

What do you like best about the product?
With Glassbox I can very easily find all web sessions where users are experiencing issues. I can find these sessions based on any parameter, which means it takes me no time to understand where the problem is. It's very simple to create reports and journey funnels. The journey map is also a very cool tool as it tells us where users are leaving our website and why. Support is great as well
What do you dislike about the product?
it takes time to get used to the look and feel. But once you get it - its very powerfull.

Identify site issues, how clients are using the site and what is impacting their behvaiour

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Glassbox for some time now to understand how our campaigns are working. It's powerful as it tells me not only where my users are leaving but why (like promo codes not working or broken links) .we spend a great deal on campaigns so understanding why some are working and some are not is very important.

I use this tool for anayzing our camapgins - so from my perspective it does all that it promoised

Understanding where users are leaving their web sessions and why. quickly locate the area in the sessions where there is a problem and solving the issue quickly

Integrate with your campaign tools and web analytics tools like Google Analytics. they work very well togeather

Best solution to understand online behaviour
What do you like best about the product?
Easily identified issues when they occur and help different areas of the company, from IT, to user experience, customer experience and marketing. ROI is also easily understood and you can impact several economic KPIs to increase online business and improve customer experience.

So far so good! I believe that every company investing in digital transformation should address Glassbox as one of its main partners.
