Super tool for campaign and lead generation!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Glassbox for some time now to understand how our campaigns are working. It's powerful as it tells me not only where my users are leaving but why (like promo codes not working or broken links) .we spend a great deal on campaigns so understanding why some are working and some are not is very important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use this tool for anayzing our camapgins - so from my perspective it does all that it promoised

Understanding where users are leaving their web sessions and why. quickly locate the area in the sessions where there is a problem and solving the issue quickly

Integrate with your campaign tools and web analytics tools like Google Analytics. they work very well togeather

Best solution to understand online behaviour
What do you like best about the product?
Easily identified issues when they occur and help different areas of the company, from IT, to user experience, customer experience and marketing. ROI is also easily understood and you can impact several economic KPIs to increase online business and improve customer experience.

So far so good! I believe that every company investing in digital transformation should address Glassbox as one of its main partners.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Google Analytics which tells us the paths users are taking in our site and where they are coming from and where they are leaving. Glassbox tells us why. I can easily understand the reasons behind my customer conversions and abandonments. it tells me if customers are not converting in a campaign due technical errors (like in promo codes) if certain parts of the page are not appearing properly - and the paths users take following the campaign. All this without the need to predefine any tags (it gets all those insights automatically which is amazing !) I can also easily quickly reconstruct and replay sessions while they are still happening and see exactly where and why users are struggling so that our devops team can fix the issues before they become a big problem. The teams support is great as well - so when ever I have a question on how to create a new report or what would be the best way to get new insights - they are always there!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a single thing! the solution is great and is changing the way we do business with our customers. Would love to see more out of the box reports. but other than that -its an amazing solution
