Streamlined Mobile Testing on Multiple Devices

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrowserStack allows me to test my suites on multiple devices, all from one platform. It's great to have access to different Android and iOS mobile devices for running and testing my cases. The platform supports both manual and automation testing, which I find very useful. I also found the initial setup to be good and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that BrowserStack does not give complete use of AI. We can't debug and write any code to enhance our tests. I need some AI-generated features, like a copilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to run test suites on multiple devices, both Android and iOS, which streamlines my testing process across different platforms.

Solves cross-browser issues

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
"The device coverage is a massive relief; having access to real hardware—from legacy Androids to the latest iPhones—without maintaining a physical lab is invaluable, though waiting in queues for popular devices can occasionally be frustrating. The logs are excellent, allowing us to view network requests and console errors on a remote device as if it were plugged into our own machines. Most importantly, the automatic video recordings are a game-changer for our workflow. Being able to attach video proof of a glitch directly to a ticket completely eliminates the 'I can't reproduce this' argument and speeds up fixes significantly."
What do you dislike about the product?
The input lag is the biggest frustration; because it’s streaming video, it’s often hard to distinguish between actual UI performance issues and just network latency.
The pricing is steep for what it is, making it a hard sell for smaller teams or individual developers.
Queues for popular devices (like the latest iPhone) are real; paying for a service and then waiting 5 minutes to get a phone feels wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confidence: You stop guessing if your code works on older devices.

Validation: You can instantly reproduce a user's specific bug (e.g., "It crashes on Safari 15") without needing that physical hardware.

seamless mobile testing with API Integration

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
it provide a wide range of iOS and android devices with various version, even the process of uploading the apks or app file is very smooth, even the UI of the device layout is classic and user friendly, it also help me to reduce the testing time as i map the browserstack api over the jenkin job which auto trigger the test part.
What do you dislike about the product?
we are using the share browser stack , so over the peak times when all are using it, it provide the slowness over the testing, even there is difficult to debug over the devices as the log ui is still to old not able to retrieve ios logs correct mode to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
like i mentioned above, over the Jenkin we had integrated the browser stack using the shell script, which trigger the test case over the env, that the best approach as it helped a lot to do some manual task like selecting the device and install app, that can be done now with api.

Comprehensive Testing, Some UI Slowdowns

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that BrowserStack has all the different devices and operating systems in one place, making it super convenient for testing. It supports browser debugging, which makes it really easy for us to understand the actual issues. I also like that we don't need to load the same website or web application on different devices, as everything is available at one User Interface. The initial setup was easy with our account director.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging is present but not perfect. Sometimes the whole UI becomes a little non-responsive and slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us with multi-device testing and tracking new device variations. It's a one-stop shop for testing on different devices and OS, with integrated browser debugging that simplifies identifying issues.

Effortless Cross-Browser Testing Solution

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the old browser compatibility and how easy it is to test one app across different browsers and devices, all in one place. The easy-to-use feature of BrowserStack makes it stand out compared to other competitors like Lambda. Additionally, the user-friendly UI makes the setup simpler and easier, which I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the free version's time limit restrictive as it only gives me five minutes, which is not enough. I think it would be better if they could increase the time range for the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find BrowserStack solves responsiveness issues, checks functionality across different browsers, and ensures layout consistency for my web app.
