Amazing experience overall but there is always room for improvement

Really easy to use, very fast and is always my go to for QA testing builds on vaious devices

If my device gets disconnected for some reason, i have to put in all changes i made on device over again

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable part about BrowserStack is the ability to test iOS builds quickly, across a range of devices. This saves me a lot of time and money where I would otherwise have to purchase devices myself.
It's also very easy to capture screenshots of issues that arise during my review, allowing me to quickly inform and showcase these problems to the developers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have run into with BrowserStack is the resolution of the device when streamed through BrowserStack. This can sometimes lead to visual artifacts within the UI that are only present in BrowserStack, and would not be visable on a real device. This is most noticable when working with very small values, like 1pt borders or dividers.
As someone using the tool to review UI's, this is just something I have to keep in mind.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to test app builds quickly across a wide range of real devices. This saves a tonne of money and time that would otherwise be spent purchasing devices and manually uploading builds, taking screenshots etc.

They provide a really great UI for testing. They make it easy to locate accessibility issues as well.

BrowserStack enables our team to test across multiple devices and catch device-specific issues that would have otherwise gone undetected. It also gives us the ability to recreate issues on specific devices or OS versions that we are not able to see on our own physical devices.

Nothing so far, we've been able to address any needs we have with the product as-is.

BrowserStack enables us to test and recreate issues across different devices and OS versions -- 2 variables cause tremendous headaches in the world of mobile app development. This allows us to ship a higher quality product.

What do you like best about the product?
This is just the best service for testing websites and apps, especially on different devices. It really helped me to find some bugs in my codes. It also has a free version of service, so newbies can experience the advantages of the system.

There is nothing wrong in that. Well, there could be a version for smartphones (maybe, app), too.

Before using Browserstack, it was a massive headache to try and figure out what issues customers were having when using devices that we didn't have ready to test in our office. Browserstack changed all of that for us, giving us quick insights into which browser versions have issues and troubleshoot them accordingly.

Not much to dislike, very easy to use and straightforward
