Good platform to find almost all devices to work on
What do you like best about the product?
I could find all the devices, that are currently in use by most of the people across world, including all the major brands, the most recent as well as the older versions of the operating systems.
Wide range of devices and browsers
Wide range of services
Ability to capture and raise a bug from the platform itself
Ability to automate the tests on the mobile devices
Wide range of community that uses it

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI does not fit well on a smaller resolution laptop and I have been struggling with this since day one now
The platform is choppy, though the platform has improved a lot now and is much faster and stable than older days, but on some fine occassion one can find the platform not responding that smoothly

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In real life, one cannot access a wide range of mobile and computer devices available worldwide. Browser stack has made those devices, and browsers available to a person under a single platform and along with that browser stack has also provided other useful services such as automation support, capturing/logging the bug via the platform itself, integration of various other platforms such as slack, JIRA, etc
Standard Browser Farm, hoping for better pricing options
What do you like best about the product?
Allows off shore team to validate workflows and emulate on devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of upgrade is expensive, all features that we need for support are included in enterprise plans only, making it difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Executing automated tests
Pretty good at what it does
What do you like best about the product?
It's a good solution for a problem, it allows you to test your app and/or product on live machines
What do you dislike about the product?
It's UX is not great, it's a bit cluncky at times and isn't very non-tech friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a mobile app PM and I use BS to check test features without installing on my device. Additionally, support team is using it to debug issues (ideally on a device that's just like the users).
best but still lacking - only Percy
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use and implementation into automated tests. Nice engine for difference searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside of using Percy is for example unability to approve only some of the screenshots (so that the template changes) and not the entire build. That would be awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only Percy - Visual validation, so that I don't have to write a lot of validations in Cypress tests.
Easy to use but with limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to approve changes. Preview of original and changes are good. Support for different browsers
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to select a space on the screen for it to disregard. With that, it is impossible to apply on some screens or it is necessary to select parts of the screen so that it does not select the point that is expected to change. Sometimes the branch reference gets lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prevents unexpected changes from going up in the software. This increases customer satisfaction and reduces bug costs.

Very good, but could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
I've had a BrowserStack account since I think... 2018? And it's very obviously the best of its kind. The fact that it allows me to test my websites throughout browsers without having to go through the excruciating process of manually testing or using emulators is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this is far from a problem that I currently have, I found the interface far too confusing when I first started using it. It can also be a bit slow at times, but other than that I have no problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated before, optimization is key in my job and making sure that websites and apps are perfectly optimized for every browser/system makes an incredibly tedious task fairly simple.
Awesome but not yet perfect
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and clear design of BrowserStack are two features I truly appreciate.
Developers no longer need to worry about setting up difficult testing environments when using BrowserStack to quickly test their web and mobile applications across a wide range of platforms and browsers. The technology enables fast access to real devices and browsers in the cloud, enabling developers to quickly test their applications.
The sophisticated debugging features of BrowserStack are something else I enjoy. When attempting to locate and address problems, the platform's rich debugging information, which includes screenshots and video records of test sessions, can be immensely helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've discovered that some of the problems I've had with BrowserStack include sporadic speed problems, a lack of customization options, and hefty pricing for some of the more sophisticated capabilities.
It can be irritating, especially when attempting to perform tests rapidly when engineers report having delayed load times when accessing virtual computers or actual devices on the platform. It has been noted by other users that the customization possibilities for BrowserStack's test environments are fairly constrained, which can make it challenging to reproduce complex testing scenarios.
