Browserstack provides everything you need for automated testing in one easy to use solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of BrowserStack is the Test Observality tool. We rely on the data and results shared through this tool every morning during our test analysis. Other great features are Browserstack's extensive range of real browsers, browser versions, operating systems, and mobile devices for testing. The most significant upside of using BrowserStack is the platform provides access to real devices, allowing users to test their applications on actual smartphones, tablets, and other devices. This is particularly beneficial for mobile app development and responsive web design testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature of BrowserStack is the pricing. BrowserStack is relatively expensive compared to other testing platforms, especially for small teams or individual developers with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is solving a few business problems for us: the ability to run all of our automated test projects in one place, multiple browsers and browser versions, and actual smartphones, tablets, and other devices without investing in all of the required devices in-house.
It's a great solution for testing on all kinds of platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and speed at which cross-browser testing can be accomplished is awesome! It's usually tiresome and time-wasting having to install a ton of browsers, emulators, etc, to try and guess what apps and sites look like for different users. BrowserStack helps make that a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess there could be more features. But I am a relatively new user, so I haven't run into anything yet that was severely lacking. I guess it could be a bit cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-browser testing for websites and apps can be tiresome and take up a lot of the team's time. With BrowserStack in our tools list, finding odd bugs and addressing them gets much easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are some instances where we need to test an application on a specific geographic location, which is very easy to test on Live.
Browserstack does the job.
What do you like best about the product?
Usability is critical, and the UI is excellent, understandable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browserstack local makes it challenging to work in the financial sector because we have rigorous control of the applications we use on our computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get a clear visual of what the user will see using our products when we run A/B test.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is fine except the Test University course/tutorial content doesn't seem to be fully up to date for some courses as per the examples, and it's associated GitHub repositories.

Great Services but need improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate BrowserStack's live testing functionality, which allows me to interact with devices and debug in real-time. This feature is also beneficial for my automation engineers, as it conveniently helps them identify locators. The continuous availability of devices is a significant advantage offered by BrowserStack.
What do you dislike about the product?
During our app automation process, my team frequently encounters network connection failures. Additionally, I have noticed instances where I receive invalid failures in automation that cannot be reproduced on real devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the challenge of ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility by providing a variety of testing platforms. It helps me ensure that my application is thoroughly tested across all available platforms. Additionally, it assures me that my automation scripts are running smoothly on these platforms.
Things I love about & want to see improvements on BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
Different browsers and device testing, Local testing feature, Nice Automate dashboard feature, Smooth and helpful Percy Tool, Nice App Live feature. It is more excellent than local responsive testing, some of the features only work correctly on BrowserStack as it is performing testing on real device instead of emulators, which is the best thing about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires high network speed(I know it is a requirement, but it would be nice if it works excellent with moderate net speed), Had trouble using Android Tablet on Live, Facing trouble to view the video recording & failure screenshots of the build ran on Automate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the App testing view, as it would be hard to find the phone/device in hand and test, App Live is helpful and saves budget. Same with the Live as well. From the Automate Testing view, our application Cypress scripts execute faster in Automate than through a Virtual machine locally, saving much time. From the Visual Testing view, Percy is accommodating to finding minor visual changes that are not recognized by a regular tester's naked eye, which immensely helped our team in the regression stage and Live proving.
Good for cross- browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
Users can perform testing with old and new mobile devices. And also we can get the latest and old versions. Test with android and iOS devices. Multi-platform testing with user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when working with iOS and Android mobiles facing issues like slowness and performance issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a test engineer, I need to test my application on various mobile devices such as iOS and Android. BrowserStack resolved my problem without buying those mobiles for testing. It provided a good platform to test all the old and new versions with their respective devices
BrowserStack has been helpful in allowing our team to test mobile app issues
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of devices that are available for a fixed monthly cost is very valuable. Other services charge by the hour but having a fixed cost makes it easier to plan and budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack can be slow at times when doing manual testing on mobile devices. I would like to see speed of the application improve to help my team be more productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team no longer needs to buy physical devices to test most of the issues reported by our end users. We use the real device cloud to test issues and download logs.
