What do you like best about the product?
The core of the platform is well thought off - it is expected that software runs flawlessly on multiple devices but it is super hard to verify as its not practical to have hardware for all devices in the market. Browserstack fixes this problem for web applications and we have been using it for years now.

The results are sometimes different than what we experience on real devices - this needs to be fixed to avoid end user complaints

It is a platform that mixes many QA tools at once!

What do you like best about the product?
I got impressed knowing that BrowserStack had more than one tool. We started in our company to use the real devices (mobile, tablet and mac) functionality and it already solved us a huge problem. But then I saw it also has Percy for visual testing, and now the last one I saw was the low code. Wow! I am glad our company chose a tool that give us many options. I fell like a QA Macgyver!
What do you dislike about the product?
For know it seems some of the tools are in process of polishing.
I don't like that testing in real devices is still slow, but it is anyway using BrowserStack is much faster than what we had before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specialy testing in real devices: mobile and tablet. That is why we got BrowserStack in the first place.
