The best mobile testing platform on the market

  • May 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a game changer. It's a real timesaver and a valuable tool for developers. The variety of devices available, the possibility of using them on the go by the webpage and the platform's simplicity will convince you to use it in your project. Also, the support team is very knowledgeable and accessible, which is essential when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plans available are a bit expensive, so it could be good to have a less expensive plan for basic users who don't need all the options. Also, you can't test multiple browsers simultaneously, which could be useful for users who need to switch between them frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack offers a wide variety of mobile devices and computers (smartphones, tablets, Mac), from different brands and OS (Android and iOS), so you don't need to own every one of them physically. You can use the most used web browsers (Edge, Safari, Google) to test your websites and find errors or malfunctions easily and conveniently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are using real-time mobile devices and not emulators. We have run into bugs or issues in the past using just browser emulators which do not actually capture all of the behaviors of how a mobile device works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the mobile automation testing be easier. Maybe there is a way for BrowserStack to work with Ghost Inspector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is allowing me an my co-workers do real mobile device testing on 100's of different device models.

What do you like best about the product?
All browsers and device simulation at one place. Saves time and effort in arranging them when required during testing. Overall saves lots of cost and helps in quick completion of tasks be it functional or multiple browser automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be improved as competitors are offering much lower with almost same features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For B2C module, we are dependent on verifying our product in the number of Browser+ device combinations and with browserstack , its a one stop solution. It saves lots of time on checking the flow in the combination.

BrowserStack is much more efficient for testing the applications, but some features could be optimized for better performance. Documentation needs to be updated

Implementing BrowserStack improved the development and testing gap, shortening the deployment and testing cycle and ultimately reducing costs.
