The ultimate cloud!
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack takes the cloud world to a new level. The ease of use is amazing even if you are new to using or storing your data and artifacts into the cloud. It's a one stop shop!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything that I don't like about BrowserStack! I can see how new users may feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of data that dna be stored but it's a necessity if you use clouds/oracles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is making automation easy as can be across all devices. The fact that you can test/run automation across multiple platforms simultaneously make BrowserStack a must have.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having access to all the different testing environments I could need. Having physical devices for the same use is impossible to manage and requires manual processes. With this I can easily test across all those devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside in my usage is the pricing. I have no other pain points with my use of the tool so far and overall find it difficult at this stage to find any faults.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack allows me to setup automated testing of my web-based application across all the devices I like on their actual hardware rather than emulated hardware.

What do you like best about the product?
I can view my page on any browser / device in a matter of moments. Debugging issues shared with me has never been easier. My other favorite feature is the ability to build automation into testing so that you can understand how the page performs before launching.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dislike about BrowserStack is dealing with virtual speeds. It can be slightly frustrating if you want to resolve a minor bug quickly, but you have to rely on the speed of BrowserStack itself to show the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack allows us to test our pages live across multiple devices, browsers, and versions. Sometimes a bug is so specific to certain older versions and we are now able to pinpoint and properly debug.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a wide range of devices available - you can find almost any device that is used by the user who has some issues with Jotform products. In addition, App live is simply amazing - previously it was a pain to find a similar device, then create an account, install apps, and test. It required us to spend even several days and users were frustrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple sessions are not allowed at the same time. Sometimes we are required to test functionality on two separate devices at the same time - one device sends the data and another receives it and we want to observe the behavior for both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple customer success managers and technical agents who work remotely to assist users with any issues they face with Jotform products. Let's say the user reported that the dropdown field is not loaded on Samsung Tab A6. Not all team members have the android or iOS devices or tablets that are being used by the customers. We previously had to write an announcement that we require assistance to test the issue using *the device model* and wait if someone would reach out to help us. Now everyone has an instant and flexible tool to test all the issues and answer the users' not just based on the assumption but on the actual results. This also helps the developers to debug and resolve the issues since they already have complete information and report.

It is easy to test on real devices, and a lot of versions for mobile stuff
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no easy way to change developer options on mobile devices; I tried it several times, so you need to find a roundabout way to say ... give information on what you are clicking or what step you are in at the moment

Check with actual device tests and several OS versions so we don't need to have all of the devices locally for automation and local testing.

As a new user, my experience with BrowserStack has been positive and user-friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I particularly like about BrowserStack is the ability to quickly and easily test my website or application across a wide range of browsers, operating systems, and devices, which helps me ensure that my product works well for all users. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, and I appreciate the helpful documentation and support resources available. Additionally, the speed and reliability of the platform make it a valuable tool in my testing and development workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't encountered any major issues or downsides with BrowserStack in my experience so far. There have been some minor glitches or occasional delays in launching certain devices or browsers, but these have been infrequent and quickly resolved. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the platform and its performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student, I use BrowserStack primarily for testing and debugging web development projects for school assignments and personal projects. I find it very helpful for ensuring that my code works well on various browsers and devices, and for identifying and addressing any compatibility issues. Additionally, the platform's ability to simulate network conditions and test local development environments has been particularly useful in my coursework.

I have faced the below issues many times

-> During File Upload, Web Page Credential Enter, Copy - Paste, it's not working as expected.
-> Some times Window screen gets maximized, and the last solution for me is to end the session (During a long time working, it is happening)
-> Most crucial issue :- As my website is available in all the region with different parameters, let's say for the US (US site), For China (China Site)
If i change my location in BrowserStack to US, still i am seeing my site in CHINA version, and it is not limited with US happening in Dutch, French... and a lot of my websites too and for that i need to use other cloud solutions such as Lambda Test.

Server Calls Testing
What do you like best about the product?
Its very helpful while testing Server Calls for Mobile Applications. We use Broswer stack on daily basis to test the Analytics server, it help us alot while doing contiunes testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the User Interface gives issue like Network tab or Device Crashing while opening the mbile device in the Latest Operating Version for Android or iOS device

It help us to solve the real device issue, through broswer stack we can access mutliple real device without holding them personally. It also help us to record the session.
The most helpful, feature-rich, and easy to use testing software
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that so many devices are available is extremely useful when it comes to visual & functional QA testing. We use it every day for every minor & major update before pushing it to production.
In addition to being able to test the majority of devices, the great thing about is that it's also possible to easily test forms, and uploads (sample files provided by BrowserStack for each device). One of the greatest features, in my opinion, was the BrowserStack Local. Some of the websites that are based on CloudFlare often block access through BrowserStack, and by using the Local with Force Local Network we're able to bypass this and test with peace of mind.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Force Local Network does not work. I've experienced this with one or two (out of a dozen projects) where CloudFlare keeps blocking it and it works when I test via my own browser.
One way or another, this is not something I particularly dislike - it's being blocked by an external CDN. However, if you can check this out, it would be great. Not a high priority as BS Local & Force Local Network work fine 99% of the time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us test every piece of every update we do on all of our projects (websites, apps) which eliminates the post-push errors and reduces the end-feedback from the client.
Outstanding experience for beginners in automation testing
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this web app is that it helps me test for learning purposes. I was able to try my automation scripts and clear my interview. This helped me learn faster as I was able to do hands-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be better integration with other solutions, such as JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with my functional testing. I was able to learn from this while preparing for my interviews. So even as a beginner this web app helped develop my skills as I was able to learn through hand-on lab on this.
