It is pretty good for Cross Browser Testing
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack impresses with its seamless cross-browser testing, offering a user-friendly experience, Since it is colud based it just eases the overall testing I ever need to build my things. It is easy to integrate as well I deploy my website & test it instantly here. Recently I started to use it more and i feel there is no going back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it is a bit pricy for indian audience, I believe there needs to be price adjustment based on country,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross Browser Testing is the best thing In my opinion, When I develop a feature I will be able to clearly check upto which version of lets say safari is properly supported.

That we have to open browserstack local every time using AP for stagging applications

I can watch video, see network logs, use applive virtual devices, and much more during automating my testcases

What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful for testers and dev to test real devices for mobile app QA, but in a browser.
It's also helpful to test different devzces such as if you don't have a Macbook, but developing a cross-platform app, and want to test an iPhone, or for testing a specific phone model that has an issue.

Wish there were more ways to run automated tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing "real" devices, but without buying a ton of phones. And testing on device types where I can'y run an emulator.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with a testing web platform that provides emulators was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the simplicity of automating mobile tests, highlighting its effectiveness and user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found nothing to dislike about the website; it's incredibly predictive, easy to use, and highly useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack resolved many of my issues with its extensive range of emulators and user-friendly interface. Currently, I am conducting testing for an Android application, and using the website has greatly simplified the process, making my testing much more effective.
Ease of the Testing Cross-Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I can access multiple devices for manual testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free Plan is limited, there should be a version where new testers can start the testing and use some of the devices to test their apps. It will be extremely helpful for new freelancers

I needed multiple devices to compare production version and beta version for comparison which includes the IOS and Android apps.

The gold standard for testing
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to test web and mobile in every iteration. I can test Brave on OSX and Edge on Windows 11 and everything in between. I can test an app on an Iphone 11 or a pixel 8 -- whatever I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that it's awkward to compare multiple platforms side by side. Sometimes I'd like to see the ios and android versionts RIGHT NEXT to each other

Permissioning is so different on iOS and Android -- being able to test them both easily is a huge advantage

Their selection of devices is great. In the US the product is very responsive and makes it easy to quickly test your application via mobile web.

The team in India reported high latency when testing. Can be difficult to access environments which require VPN.

We can be confident that our mobile website looks and functions as expected on real devices.

What do you like best about the product?
easy video recording across multiple places, full screen, tab etc.

sometimes hard to find the chinese devices, some seem to be missing?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed. Before, we were using Lambdatest and it was slow compared to Browserstack. We can now test tickets in a much quicker time and the videos of our findings are easily found, downloaded and shared.
Education. I really enjoy the Browserstack University. I was pleased to see the detail and complexity. It's not just for beginners and not just around the software but best practices. I recommend the university to my collegues.
