What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack really easy to use, which is great for my workflow. I appreciate that it offers all browser options and different operating systems in one place, making it fantastic for testing. The ability to select different operating systems and OS versions is particularly helpful for my needs. The initial setup was also very easy, which was a nice surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I forget to use it, maybe some automation with Asana or other project software to have it as a mandatory step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test software developed on a Mac to see how it appears on PC, and it's easy to use with all browser and OS options in one place.

Comprehensive Testing, Some UI Slowdowns

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that BrowserStack has all the different devices and operating systems in one place, making it super convenient for testing. It supports browser debugging, which makes it really easy for us to understand the actual issues. I also like that we don't need to load the same website or web application on different devices, as everything is available at one User Interface. The initial setup was easy with our account director.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging is present but not perfect. Sometimes the whole UI becomes a little non-responsive and slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us with multi-device testing and tracking new device variations. It's a one-stop shop for testing on different devices and OS, with integrated browser debugging that simplifies identifying issues.

Effortless Cross-Browser Testing Solution

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the old browser compatibility and how easy it is to test one app across different browsers and devices, all in one place. The easy-to-use feature of BrowserStack makes it stand out compared to other competitors like Lambda. Additionally, the user-friendly UI makes the setup simpler and easier, which I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the free version's time limit restrictive as it only gives me five minutes, which is not enough. I think it would be better if they could increase the time range for the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find BrowserStack solves responsiveness issues, checks functionality across different browsers, and ensures layout consistency for my web app.

Streamlines QA with Real Device Testing

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for real device testing, which eliminates the need to manage our own testing infrastructure. It's incredibly valuable for validating browser compatibility issues quickly and reliably without maintaining local device labs or test environments. The platform is very feature-rich and delivers strong technical value. Specific features allow our teams to confirm issues reported in specific browsers or configurations and support engineering validation in a scalable way. Importantly, the initial setup was good with no challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation exists, but translating features into day-to-day QA workflows requires additional guidance. Adopt can be challenging if the tool is handed down from engineering without structured onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack removes the need for our own testing infrastructure and makes it much easier to validate issues across different browsers and environments. It solves infrastructure and environment problems, allowing my team to validate browser compatibility issues quickly and reliably without maintaining local device labs.
