One of the standout features of Browserstack is its live testing capability, which allows me to interact with and debug my websites in real-time on a variety of different devices. This has saved me a lot of time and effort in the development process, as I can identify and fix any issues before releasing my product to the public.

What do you dislike about the product?
One potential downside of Browserstack is that it currently does not offer support for testing Windows applications. This means that users who develop or need to test Windows programs may not be able to utilize the service to its full extent.
While Browserstack does allow users to test websites and web-based applications on a wide range of browser and operating system combinations, the lack of support for native Windows applications may be a limitation for some users.

She is helping us to have many devices for testing, as before we had to buy many and still keep them updated. With this, we are saving money and also saving time.
Perfect tool for small mobile development teams
What do you like best about the product?
This is the perfect tool for small companies doing mobile development. Nobody can afford to buy all devices that are on market. Particularly android devices. Android has tons of devices with tons of specs so it's hard to get them all. But testing your apps on browser stack is awsome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing plan. It's very hard to test on a device for 10 seconds. I think they should re-design their pricing plan a bit. Also they should add options to change os versions for particular devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were facing an issue with Samsung S21 with Android 12. Nobody on our team or our company had the same device. And it was not happening on other devices. So BrowserStack came to the rescue and it worked perfectly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no way I can set up all the various configurations to have our own test lab. BrowserStack makes it simple, and there are plenty to choose from. The automate feature is exactly what we needed. I can get more tested in my sleep than an entire team of manual testers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is not being able to have a 'fake' video stream from the device cameras. It would help us test various products and compare video qualities.
