Browser Stack helped me in my job QA testing.
What do you like best about the product?
Availability of a variety of devices. Ease of using App live and App automate. I have been using Browser stack for 1 Year, and It's simply superb. I don't have to wait for a physical device to test. Instead, I can use BS with various devices with multiple support versions. And one more thing I love about App automate is its integration, which made my QA testing easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike in browser stack App Live is the slowness of the device while testing, and it happens only with Android but not iOS. Another thing is sometimes I do not see logs on the right side in the App Live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser Stack helped me in testing software mobile applications on different devices. Coming to my project work, I need to test a mobile app in Android, iOS, Android TAB, iPad and in different devices and versions available in the market. So the company or I cannot afford all the devices with different versions to the employees. Browser Stack solved this problem in the IT industry by bringing one platform for App Live and App Automate to all users.
Coming to me, It is beneficial for me in how I deliver the Quality software/product to the End users after testing it on the Browser Stack.

Small business use makes absolute sense
What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner our resources are limited - so the ability to have enterprise level testing is paramount to keep us competitive against our rivals throughout the uk
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be restrictive. We dont always have a need to use the service every week - and value for money and return on investment is at the forefront to decision making
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a very small outfit and can't afford the outlay of physical devices. We can at best cover 60% of devices and os but outlr customers need a greater level of attention to detail

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Browserstack is its menus. It floats freely, or you can stack them on the side, and the shortcuts to different browser versions, along with recording screen time, are what Browserstack truly stands for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike is the recording screen time are not available on all the different browser version on other OS. Also, the other disadvantage is that Browserstack tends to disconnect itself more often when I'm on a more extended period reviewing and testing a more complex functionality of the website/app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves my day-to-day testing and reviewing of websites/apps that are crucial to ensuring its availability and accessibility on all stages and platforms.
State of Art for cross-device testing
What do you like best about the product?
Having a real device for testing! You're able to test every web or native app on every known device, not only Mobile OS but Desktop for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not so speedy cause you're seeing a real device in streaming via web browser. In that way it is not so reactive using mobile gestures and simulated hand movement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility to fix any mobile styling errors without having real devices in hand.

The fact that the team has access to multiple versions of the browsers that we need to test to help out clients' needs is what I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The short time we have to test, sometimes it takes 30 mins to try a section in detail, and the prompt asks if we need more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access multiple devices in one place without having to find them. This helps the team find flaws in the different potential devices that our users have. Allow the team and testers to set multiple devices based on the website visitors and see what they actually see.
Excellent experience and features for your automation and manual verification into different devices
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of different devices and different features offered, also it allows to install applications from different sources and change all the setting into the devices, like the location, internet speed, etc

Different features have different costs and it s limited by license

We can test all browsers and devices with different screen resolution and OS. This can be done both manually as well as via Automation. Test Observability plugin provides an excellent dashboard to review the build run details.

Automated Test Script execution takes a relatively longer time to execute when compared to local execution.

Browserstack supports all browsers and devices - Hence, associates from all parts of the world can run their tests without any infrastructure issues
