Seamless Multi-Browser Testing with Robust Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the multi-browser capabilities of BrowserStack. We can almost test on any device, be it Android or Safari. I also like using the automate feature in our automation scripts, which allows us to execute on BrowserStack and provides us with detailed videos. This has really expedited our work, helping us keep track of our automation scripts in the cloud, ensuring that we don't lose the reporting part and are able to expedite parallel execution. The initial setup was quite easy, and we were able to do it in a very less amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the URLs are behind the firewall, so we have to use the BrowserStack local testing. That is one limitation we have seen, but we could overcome it using the local testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us perform visual testing on over 50+pages across different browsers on the cloud, expediting execution for our 50 plus clients and keeping execution details intact.

What do you dislike about the product?
it would be good to get IRL stats of how many uses are on this type of device with a certain type of resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clunky UX and no in house deisgners mean we are fumbling in the dark for UX improvements

Streamlined QA with Visual Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to visually see our metrics and understand what's being captured during our testing phase. It's valuable because it lets us see how much time we're putting into what tasks and helps determine whether we can continue projects. I also found the initial setup to be really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think our AI capabilities need to be enhanced more. There's certainly a lot of more products out there that can improve that effort.

Emulates Devices Flawlessly, Must-Have for Testing

I use BrowserStack for testing ecommerce applications on different devices and browsers, which helps identify and fix CSS or JS issues to ensure our applications work fine both visually and functionally. I like the huge amount of devices that can be tested on, and it emulates them as if it's the real device rather than using a Chrome extension. The initial setup was pretty simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing

The Ultimate Testing Solution with Minor Load Delays
What do you like best about the product?
I love BrowserStack for its ability to test multiple browsers for web applications. The feature that allows me to spin up every browser I could ever need is fantastic, especially when it connects to my local development environment so I don't have to publish the app to the web every time I need to test it. On MacOS, it's hard to install an older version of Safari, but with BrowserStack, I can easily test browsers on Windows using a virtual machine; it's easier and quicker. Being able to test different browser versions that can't be installed on my current machine, like historic Safari, is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time to load a browser and the sometimes browsers can be a little bit slow or laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing multiple browsers on different OS, including versions I can't install on my machine. It lets me spin up any browser and connect to my local environment, making testing faster and easier than using a virtual machine. This is especially useful for older versions of Safari and Windows browsers like Edge.
