What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack helps companies improve their products by offering a set of tools that support automation, QA review, and design review. As a Product Designer, BrowserStack’s tools have helped me test my designs and ensure they’re accessible. I also appreciate that the team regularly provides webinars and is always willing to help me learn how to use their tools effectively.

I don't have any particular issue or dislike about BrowserStack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product Designer, BrowserStack has had a great impact on how we implement and test accessibility in our designs. By providing accessibility plugins and hosting webinars on the topic, they’ve helped our team and company improve our knowledge of accessibility and better understand how to create an inclusive product.

Testing solutions are often generic. It is more effective to use specific or built-in frameworks tailored to the industry, such as a CRM suite framework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For content validation on the front-end website, we use Percy, which makes it easier to validate content for quick production releases.
Easy Cross-Browser Testing with Real Devices and 4-at-Once Multidevice Support
What do you like best about the product?
It has real devices , we mostly use for cross browser and platform testing and the switching between devices is really easy also we the feature where 4 devices can be used at the same time is quite time saving .
What do you dislike about the product?
It scroll action in the device is either very fast or very slow even if we try to adjust the scroll behaviour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it has multiple browser and devices option saves lot of testing time
Powerful Test Run Management and Analytics—With or Without Browserstack SDK
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the test run management and analytics it offers, whether or not I integrate the Browserstack SDK. I also appreciate the quick turnaround time from both vendor and client support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack sometimes doesn’t show test runs or the interactive debugging mode. This is probably due to latency, possibly because the SDK isn’t integrated. Overall, though, that’s mostly the only issue we face as a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a test automation team, we needed a plug-and-play test run analytics dashboard, which is exactly what BrowserStack offers. It’s easy to use and secure for our internal systems.
Extensive Device Coverage with Minor Bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to test sites, HTML5 creatives, and other things related to HTML behavior on devices. I like that there are so many different devices to choose from, as well as a variety of browsers and browser versions available. It's super helpful and all of that works well with VPN too. The initial setup was very easy, and we had an account manager to assist us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The network console is often buggy and does not capture events sometimes. It would also oftentimes get disconnected.

I use BrowserStack to test sites and HTML5 creatives, ensuring accurate behavior on real devices, especially mobile. It helps bypass bot-traffic blocks, providing a reliable testing environment compared to emulators.

I love that BrowserStack gives instant access to real devices and browsers. No need to set up a device lab or fiddle with emulators. It’s super reliable for catching UI bugs and browser-specific issues, and the interface makes switching between devices and OS versions really smooth. It saves me a ton of time and makes testing much less stressful.

Honestly, I don’t have major complaints. It works really well for my testing needs. Sometimes sessions can feel a bit slow, but overall it’s very reliable and smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for mobile and web-based cross-browser application testing. It eliminates the need for maintaining real devices and enables real device testing across multiple browser and OS versions. It helps me identify UI and cross-browser issues and supports parallel automation testing, which reduces execution time. I really like the cross-browser testing, parallel execution, and file upload mechanism. The parallel execution feature significantly reduces our testing time. Cross-browser testing helps us validate device functionality across multiple browsers and identify issues. The file upload helps in testing real scenarios like image or screenshot uploads. I also appreciate that BrowserStack integrates well with our CI/CD pipeline in Azure and allows us to maintain the test suite and execution in one place, providing better integration to see test results, execution, and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file upload mechanism can sometimes be inconsistent with unsupported errors, and it does not support all file types. The max size is just 15MB, which can be increased. There are session timeout and disconnection scenarios.

I like the most about BrowserStack is when you can change the location. It helps me a lot with websites that are not accessible on Google, and it relates to accepting the business model of the websites. The initial setup of BrowserStack was easy, which was convenient.

Easy Cross-Browser Testing and API Integration, But Limited Availability for Ubuntu
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is useful for me for web-based applications because I can create a simple script just by entering the URL in the appropriate section and selecting a browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. It’s also easy to install and to integrate with the API. Overall, I think it’s a good use of AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Ubuntu user, I noticed it’s currently available only for Mac and Windows, which is disappointing to me.becuase of that i switched to window

if i'm talikng about problem solving, it just save time as we can create script for web based application and run it according to module wise.
