My experience upon using BrowserStack

  • September 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes it incredibly easy to test websites and applications across a wide variety of real devices and browsers without needing to maintain an in-house device lab. The platform is intuitive, integrates well with CI/CD pipelines, and saves a significant amount of time for QA and development teams. I particularly like the live testing feature and the ability to debug quickly in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, performance can sometimes feel a bit slower compared to local testing, especially when testing on older devices or during peak usage hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us overcome the challenge of testing across different devices, operating systems, and browsers without the need to maintain physical hardware. It has streamlined our QA process, reduced testing time, and improved coverage for both web and mobile applications. This ensures a more consistent user experience for our end customers

Good Support, but Complex Setup and Lacks Security Testing

  • September 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find the UI of BrowserStack very appealing and easy to navigate. The support team is active and energetic, providing quick responses and helpful demos for any issues or solutions I encounter. Additionally, the performance of BrowserStack is impressive, particularly in terms of processing time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup process for BrowserStack to be challenging. Uploading the mobile build and obtaining the app ID was particularly difficult. Additionally, I realized that to get the app ID necessary for mobile testing, I need to subscribe to the process tech automation, which isn't ideal. Furthermore, I believe that security testing is a crucial area where BrowserStack is lacking and should be incorporated into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for mobile testing, which helps identify elements on iOS and Android easily and execute scenarios on various devices efficiently.

Browser Stack Review

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Browser Stack offers a robust Testing Infrastructure, Very handy, and supports multiple devices, which made my cross-browser tests way easier and significantly made my work easier and faster. Switching to multiple devices is easier and develops nearly the same results as a real device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the local testing feature a bit Unreliable for me as connectivity has been troublesome, which could be a case with my organisation's infrastructure too.
Furthermore, A Slight impact on the interface responsiveness can also be observed, but to me, that is not critical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am primarily using it for daily cross-browser testing as a developer. It helps me to test all my components and their behavior across multiple devices and different settings. This capability proves to be enhancing my productivity, saving my time, and efficiently helping me cover the edge cases early.

Fantastic Mobile Testing Tool with Room for Improvement

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack to be a great mobile testing tool, especially for testing on real devices in the cloud. It provides me with flexibility to test different platforms and versions of devices all under one roof. I really like how it supports both hybrid and native applications. It's pretty handy because it allows access to different platforms like web, iOS, and Android, and it lets me test on multiple devices simultaneously. Additionally, it's easy for any new user to get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to test the color code confirmation of prototypes by inspecting element. Users should be able to verify the color codes for the elements by inspecting the element, just like in web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find BrowserStack provides flexibility to test on various platforms and device versions in one place. It's great for mobile testing of hybrid and native apps, supporting web, iOS, and Android, while allowing simultaneous access to multiple devices.

Testing made easy, even for non tech users

  • September 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to switch between devices and browsers as needed. Because I don't have to set up testing settings myself, it saves me a ton of time. This gives clear ideas on what browsers and which console errors are actually creating the problem which the build is in UAT stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Test sessions can occasionally be a little slower than when they are run locally, particularly for more complicated builds. Additionally, some older browsers or less popular devices may not always be available, and the price may be a bit high for smaller teams. Even so, it's far more practical than doing everything ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack makes it simple to test across a variety of browsers, operating systems, and devices. It helps us ensure that our apps are usable by all users, reduces setup time, and enables us to release quicker and with full security support and reliability.

More over the multi team user setup gives more team space to check the build directly and report bugs quickly before getting into prodcution environment

No More Switching Devices or Browsers—Testing Made Easy

  • September 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is extremely easy to implement and use — no complicated setup is required, and the clean UI makes it simple to get started right away. I use it frequently since it’s always available online, and it saves me the trouble of switching between real devices and browsers.

The number of features is impressive, with access to many devices, OS versions, and browsers, all delivering a native OS experience. Integration is seamless, and I’ve even tested JavaScript redirections across environments without issues. This flexibility demonstrates the wide range of use cases that BrowserStack can cover.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t run into major problems, but a few things stand out. Test sessions can sometimes feel slower compared to real devices, which is expected with cloud-based platforms. While integrations are smooth, some advanced features may require a bit of time to explore fully. Pricing could also be a consideration for smaller teams, though the overall value makes it worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me test across different devices, browsers, and iOS versions without needing to physically switch between them. This saves a lot of time, effort, and cost, while ensuring that my projects work consistently across environments. It turned what used to be a manual, device-heavy process into something I can do quickly and reliably online.

Great for Cross-Browser Testing

  • September 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack Live has made my manual testing process so much smoother. It's easy to use, fast, and gives me access to all the different browser and device combinations I need without any hassle. The performance is excellent. It’s exactly what a QA tester needs to get the job done right.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the biggest frustration is the lag. Sometimes, the remote sessions are just sluggish, especially on older devices. Trying to test quick animations or gestures can be a real headache. It doesn't always feel like you're on a real, responsive device, and that can slow you down when you're trying to find a bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I was always unsure if a bug was really a bug, especially if it was reported on a weird browser or an old phone. I didn't have a reliable way to check. BrowserStack gives me that confidence. I can see the issue on the exact device and know for sure what's going on. It’s not just a tool; it’s a way to be certain that I’m doing my job right
