The speed to load websites and test features on each device is bad. Plus things can get laggy. The experience is that bad, it forced us to stop using the platform as a testing tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't need to own a whole slue of devices to test on them. There are a large amount of device and browser version combinations for those awkward edge-case bugs and it doesn't take long to get up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
The local tunnel can be a bit tricky to set up sometimes. The ability to connect devtools to the device is unreliable and inconsistent, sometimes it won't connect at all. Testing performance-based issues is tricky as you don't know if the problem lies with your site or the browserstack connection to the device.
