What do you like best about the product?
We can run API tests with the help of Browserstack without using browserstack infra. But we can track and monitor our build in the single dashboard.
Test Observability supports almost every framework from Java, Python, NodeJS and many more.
With the help of Test Observability's Quality Gate we can automate our deployment, PR for a smooth testing process and quick updation.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some integration issues with the gitlab in the Test Observability feature for merging PRs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Browserstack Test Observability to monitor our system and performance. Using this feature we have automated our cases end to end and automated our APIs as well. Since, we have the feature of Sandbox in the Browserstack it make our deployment and testing process very easy by creating several environments in the Sandbox.
The Best Tool for Executing Mobile Automated Tests (Device Farm)
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack manages to bring everything good, currently in an application, to execute mobile automated tests. The usage is very intuitive and it offers many integrations. Currently, we use it for numerous work fronts, both iOS and Android, and it serves us very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main point that needs improvement is the cost. Each device has a significantly higher price compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a device farm to run our app regression tests, and BrowserStack suited us very well. Currently, the benefits brought by using BrowserStack are due to having multiple devices available. This allows us to perform extensive testing across various devices and different operating systems.

I like that i can cross bowser test my website to cover large audience of platforms.
for example : ios , android web engines supports diff css due to them being based on different engine.. hence i can test how better is my website on both platform and is there any bug specific to any platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
i particularly do not like the ui of browser stack as i sometimes get confused. This is just personal prefernce i like minimalistic design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Broswer stack helps me in testing my website on platform without the need for me to manually buy that platform device to test on. It benefits me in saving money though not much but still it is saving me money.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is so popular that we get its support in every other testing tool. We are not using Browserstack directly, instead we are using it via a third party tool. Browserstack helps us to execute our test case in real devices which are being generated by our AI agents.
Since, we are running our our cases with the help of Browserstack we are getting very detailed report of the test cases. We can add tags for better debugging of the cases which leads to more productivity.

What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack should also include the AI test case generation feature now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organisation we are using BrowserStack to run our test cases which are being generated by AI agents in real devices. Browserstack also allows us to choose the device of our choice whether it is android, iOS or any web browsers.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack has a lot of feature under one roof. I am using App Automation, Web Automation. I love its assisted test feature underAccessibility Testing. With the help of this I can now configure elements in the webpage whether it is accessible with keyboard or mouse and based on that configuration it run the test.
Here, in Accessibility Testing we can use other feature to monitor our website such as Page Speed, Parsing etc

What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to use a very popular framework for accessibility testing which is Lighthouse in Accessibility Testing as it is not supported by Browserstack
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are benefitted by browserstack in many categories such as Manual Testing, Automation testing, Bug reporting etc. Particulary, I am using Accessibility to monitor the web page and UI of the website. Here, with the help of Browserstack we are running daily automated test to monitor the website speed, performance and accessibility.
Clunky, but works
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for testing device only bugs that aren't reproducible on chrome dev tools mobile. A lot of devices available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite clunky experience using it, doesn't always work so you have to restart and try again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have some bugs that only show up on real mobile devices and not on Chrome dev tools when you inspect as mobile. Helps us test and fix those bugs
