Great Service!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using BrowserStack for testing apps/softwares and even for browsing websites I am not sure of (for security purposes), and I am loving it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be the limit to what a user can use when they are not on a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the past few years, BrowserStack have resolved many problems that user encounter. Having problems resolved has helped every users, including me, making sure that we have a hassle-free experience.
Perfect Platform to test your web and apps
What do you like best about the product?
Our clients were having trouble using our website on Safari, which is exclusive to Macs. I found BrowserStack, which provides all the testing tools we required, after doing some investigation. It successsfully fixed our issue and I heartily endorse it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to complain about. I honestly think BrowserStack is better than other platforms for software testing and test administration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use BrowserStack to run automation scripts at our company and it has been really beneficial. The finest thing is that test case reports are accessible to all users without requiring the integration of other technologies like ReportPortal.
An essential tool for QA professionals
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a must-have tool for QA teams trying to validate both apps and websites across multiple resolutions, form factors, OS versions, regions & languages, and running Appium automation. I have compared BrowserStack against other sites that offer comparable functionality, but none have the performance, flexibility, and selection of devices. Every team and organization I have been associated with has agreed with my conclusion and I have been a long time satisfied customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better integration with files and media (only Chrome browser is supported for image injection). I would also like more access to system internals such as settings and permissions to install extensions. I'd also very much like the ability to rename my apps in the app list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote-only organization without access to a hardware lab and this is the only way our QA resources are able to validate our apps and websites across multiple devices and environments.
Mandatory tool for App developers
What do you like best about the product?
With the wide variety of mobile devices available and their constant software and hardware updates, it becomes complicated to perform real tests on a broad and varied number of devices. Having BrowserStack has allowed us to test our applications on very heterogeneous devices and even diagnose failures of our clients in specific environments or conditions. The visual performance of the tests has improved considerably and is getting faster every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could you maintain slightly older versions of the operating systems since we still have clients with somewhat old devices.

What do you like best about the product?
This has been the most useful IE simulator I've ever used. The ability to instantly test and interact with your website across a wide range of browsers, as well as to adjust the display size and operating system, is incredible. I frequently use BrowserStack at work. The screenshot tool, in my opinion, is a good way to find interface flaws fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find BrowserStack to be cumbersome and slow. Furthermore, it does not work with a VPN. The refresh rate is too low for me to test animation effects.

The best part of BrowserStack is its ability to instantly provide real-device testing, making it feel like I have a global device lab at my fingertips.

Pricing is high and ui seems tough as compared to other platforms.

AI enhanced tool for automated testing
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack support many version of browser and all popular browsers for automating web tests.
We can configure our test to run on specific version of browser very easily in the test.conf.js file
Integration of our existing code to the Browserstack was very easy as it has pre defined code and file to include in our code and we are ready to go.

What do you dislike about the product?
While they support parallel testing but what I experienced was not that seamless. Else everything in the web automation was very smooth and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated Browserstack in our existing Web UI automation script. So, now our script can run any time by setting up the CI/CD pipeline with the help of Browserstack. Everyday the run of this script gives us confidence about our product.

What do you like best about the product?
I can test my website on the actual devices used by real people worldwide, often the same browsers and devices as the majority of my audience is using. This in turn makes it easier to provide a good experience to all users no matter where they are or what device they are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not always sufficient for local testing purposes, sometimes I want to test for certain regional settings or network conditions. BrowserStack doesn’t provide a feature for this through their platform to simulate those localized environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been useful for my testing needs at BrowserStack. I am able to release updates to the site without worrying that something will go wrong with the website on different browsers, gadgets, and even in different locations.
Ensures comprehensive cross-browser compatibility testing
What do you like best about the product?
I personally find it useful for cross browser testing. When using BrowserStack, I get to use a large list of real browsers and devices on a single site, without any complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain settings for the devices for which I haven’t been able to get the fine level of control that I want. This sometimes becomes a challenge especially when conducting thorough testing that demands close control of the environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a complete makeover of my testing environment through BrowserStack. It has helped in cutting time and effort as well as cost in testing on numerous browsers and devices in the market.
