A must have tool for cross browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
Below I have mentioned my favourite features of BrowserStack -
I, along my teammates use the test management product on daily basis. It speeds up our QA worklow making it easy to track down all the testcases and run them on requirement basis. Easy to use and support team is always responsive, prompt and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. What I don't like, would be the pricing, as it is on higher side if the team size is small.
2. Another drawback will be its slow speed when testing on heavy applications and website.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, it solves problem of cross-browser testing in various devices. Real time testing and screenshot capture is really helpful.

Variety of available Devices and the responsiveness

There are glitches few times which are resolved by restarting session. Sometimes, network logs are also not visible.

We are using App Live and App Automate for Functional and Automation Testing. Majorly using for devices testing.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple to use. In browser - does not require any special tools or software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many options in terms of versions, but its actually ok. We just need basically latest windows OS and its browsers.

We do not have any windows OS machines in our rganization, thus we use this to test and validate our products on this platform.

I heard about Browserstack in my current organisation. We use Browserstack for running automation scripts on every type of mobile device whether it is android or iOS and for manual testing in different screen size of devices.

It has everything under single roof, so their pricing should be alo one for all product. And need some sort of support for API testing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Browserstack in our current organisation for all our testing needs. We have schedules daily CI/CD piplines with the help of browserstack and Gitlab to the run the automation test on all product. This help us review the issues without actual testing.

I was expecting it to have a wider variety of devices+os combinations. We have found what works for us, but we were expecting more options.

Browserstack solves to problem of having different people testing our new app versions on different device+os combinations.
Top Software for preparing a website relaunch that fits on every browser and mobile
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they have REAL device with REAL browsers to test our software and websites. They have tons of features which are really helpful to test also all edge cases. What i also really like that it is really easy to use. So therefore me and my team really used it very often to prepare a perfect website relaunch.

Unfortunately Browserstack is expensive, but at the end it is worth the money.

We relaunched a website with ecommerce feature and we wanted to be sure that it works smooth and perfect on ANY browser on ANY device including all mobile devices.

Browserstack is a go to place for our business to support cross browser comaptibility testing on both web & mobile. Logging and Screenshot features are amazing.
