There have a lot of different device models on BrowerStack so that it is saved me on the cost on device provisioning.

Biometrics related testing does not support. Also, it does not support Detox.

Regression testing. Customers reported a problem which is specific on some devices. BrowserStack can help me to test it without painful.

Being able to test our products on any device and browser combination is extremely helpful for QA and troubleshooting. It saves us on purchasing the devices as well!

There are so many options and things that you can configure that there is a bit of a learning curve to get started.

My experience was with the Low Code Automation Tool, what I like the best is how intuitive and easy to use it helping us save a lot of time with recurrent tests.

Nothing to dislike, Ive the tool is still in beta and has been consistently improving since the first day I tried it

As BrowserStack supports multi device / multi platform testing of the website that will help us to identify our website compatibility with multi device and platform and we can also change our country just to check that our website is working with the io of different country or not.

We use browserStack for our mobile automation it works very slow and at a time only one instance is launched and if anything fails so to debug that sometimes we are unable to see the recording on this part browserStack have to think how to handle this efficiently
