Browser Stack is a great supplement for your QA Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Browserstack offers a wide variety of browsers and OS systems to choose from. Another great feature is the ability to test web pages as well as the ability to test native apps on real devices hosted in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes virtual devices do not give you the exact same experience as real devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser stack allows us to not need to install every version of every OS and browser that we support.

User friendly and lots of quick option to navigate

May be worth having option where we can save the credentials on all the virtual devices so dont have to enter credentials everytime session restarts

Amazing app it helped us scaled and test mobile and the no code automation tool is a best deal!

No Code automation Tool is a great it helped us to automate 1000 test cases, apart from that I did like the GEO Location feature it helped us test our website without using a seperate VPN tool

Pricing is bit higher when compared with other options

GEO Location - We needed to test thailand app and it helped us test that

- So many choices of device.
- It's pretty fast (not super fast, but mostly acceptable)

What do you dislike about the product?
Times out quickly, so sometimes I have to restart the mobile app to continute in long testing sessions when I take a break, which can tricky when you need to use specially accounts in staging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to check the differences in user experience across different devices. It's helped us catch things before our users did.

IT has all the things I need to test cross browser compatibility and responsive.

So far none. Theres no such thing that I dislike about browserstack.

Im not sure what problems browser stack is solving and And I got all my needs for testing and it really benefits me.
Great tool for accessibility testing

• Screenshot of page can be taken.
• Screen Recording functionality is available which might help record the test results.
• Rotor functionality is available in iOS.

What do you dislike about the product?
• Not all 1 finger gestures (like 1 finger swipe up/ down) work with Browser Stack Screen Reader ON.
• Multi finger gestures like 2 fingers swipe up/ down, 3 finger tap, 3 finger swipe etc. is not supported.
• iPhone latest like 15, 15 Pro etc. Do not have Screen Reader capability enabled.
• Lower versions of iPhone like iPhone 14 or below has beta version of SR but the OS versions are old yielding undesired output.

It allows to simulate the real mobile devices experiance and hence eleminates the need of the physical device procurment and maintainance cost.

Price is a little high. I feel you could offer a few other plans with reduced functionality for a discounted rate.

Essential tool for cross browser/mobile/tablet testing
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is an integral part of our QA process. It is an invaluable tool that we user regulary during regression testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I can open up multiple instances of various mobile and tablet OS without having to more to a more expensive tier.

Browserstack allows us to perform cross browser/mobile/tablet testing during our regression testing phase
Tool you must have for your team
What do you like best about the product?
As a UX designer, I work with the team to test the product across devices and platforms. BrowserStack is a pretty handy tool for us to use, we can look at the webpage on many devices and browsers, and the best part, different versions. We want to make sure our website is accessible on old browsers and devices as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know you have accessibility scan service recently. I wonder if you can add more features to that. We're having a major accessibility project. Would like to see if you can provide something like accessibility testing, manual audit, and cover more devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-browser testing. Device testing. Accesbility Scan. Sometimes we want to see the old version of our website, we can easiliy look into it using your tool.
