Browserstack enables me to test my experience from different locations
What do you like best about the product?
it allows me to simulate locale and geo features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation intiatially is a little bit janky and hard to understand as theres so many icons and buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing features on geo location, locales, different devices and version types.

It's really good because you can test out actual real devices and test stuff out.

Ablity to test using app live and to test using real devices

For me as a developer, being able to unit test my code on a real-time device and on varied range of devices is the most convenient part, not to forget the local testing feature, it's the best so far

Browserstack could really work on the dev tools for iPhone devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, local testing of apps is by far the best problem browserstack has solved.

It`s possible testing in multiple devices and the manual test on mobile is more quick and smooth.

Not, many things. The offline test is not very good and some times the lass know devices is not smoother than i expect

I have a few issues where the same version of a app which i was testing not working on diferent devices and wich broswerstack the issues is not very common.
A better testing experience
What do you like best about the product?
i like being able to use the SDKs to interact with it on the command line and in custom node js applications. i like the intuitive user interface and it makes it easy to see where a test failed.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't like the fact that the user management can be cumbersome sometimes. it can be very hard to manage multiple admins or elevated users for an enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
browser stack is solving our issues of automated testing to make sure that our applications do not regress with future updates and continue to pass test cases
Better tool than emulator/simulator
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack provides better debugging options when we manually test any app on its platform. It gives us detailed logs of each and every actions which improves debugging and issues logging.
At the same time we can launch two or more devices to check the functionality of our app parallely.

It provides option for recording session but the recording is not interactive as we can have interactive recording session on Jam

Browserstack is helping us to test our app's UI on various devices before launch any version. Also, it helps us to debug issues more proficiently and loggin issues as well.
Browserstack is a great end to end automated test platform
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack helps us automate our testing in our CI/CD process and makes deployments easy. The java framework is quite easy to implement and had very little learning curve. We use browserstack on every deployment, it is a godsend for our team. It integrates easily into our Jenkins pipeline. The support we've received from browserstack has also been great when we run into issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is the tests can be somewhat slow, but that has been my experience with most automated test platforms.

Browserstack is helping our org get closer to a fully automated CI/CD process by providing a signoff on testing through automation.
A great multi testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a good partner of your testing team. It offers easy options to test out mobile apps and webapps easily. Reduces time to go to production. Lesser user complaints. Overall it's a good product to have along with physical devices to test of out your apps.

Overall it's a good product with no downside but integrations can be better for software testers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack saving a lot of time of my testing team which ultimately reducing time for each release. A win win for team as well as clients.
Simplifies Visualization tests and Automation tests
What do you like best about the product?
Wide range of devices to target for testing in a robust way. Integrated tools and resources that helps manual testing as well in a smoother way. SDKs are easy to integrate. Good support during downtime as well.

Little costly for small scale applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lots of effort by providing wide range of resources , tools and the easy to use platform. Documentations are way more helpful for beginners.
