Great Platform for API Testing and Building
What do you like best about the product?
Postman is a great platform for api testing and api development. It is user-firendly, I use it to on a daily basis for api testing
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes gets freezed whiile fetching large responses

Postman makes API testing very simple. I can easily add authentication tokens, get responses in a clear format, and send images as payloads without any trouble.

Postman’s interface is incredibly intuitive — you can easily create, test, and document APIs all in one place. Collections make it easy to organize requests and share them with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes large collections with heavy response data can slow down the app, especially on older systems. Also, the learning curve for advanced features like pre-request scripts and tests can be steep for beginners.

Postman helps streamline API testing and documentation for our front-end and backend integration. It saves hours of manual testing time and ensures consistency across environments. Our team can debug issues faster and maintain cleaner API workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is user friendly, easily testing api. we can categories the api in group or so on as per our choices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little bit messy the environment for first time without helping someone hard to understand, how to testing the api

Postman helps me for quick testing the api, that way I can easily know what the initial field are required for developing code, it saves me lot of time and better understanding of my code.

it is working with APIs very simple and easy to understand . you can quickly test how an API work by sending request and checking the response without writing any code . it also helps you save your work in collection so you can rescue it later . postman is very helpful for teams because everyone can share and test APIs together in one place. overall, it saves time and make API testing faster and more organized

it can sometimes run slowly , especially when we have many request and last collection . some useful features are only available in the paid version , which makes it hard for free user to use everything . it also for beginners , it can feel a little confusing at first because there are many buttons and option . overall, postman is good tool , but it could be made faster and easier to use for everyone

earlier developer had to write code or use command line tools to check if any API was working correctly , which took a lot of time postman makes this process simple you can just enter the API link send request and instantly see the response, it also helps organize different APIs , save request , and share them with your team . this saves time, reduces mistake , and make testing faster and more efficient

Sometimes Postman is slow when opening big collections. Also, some advanced features are only in the paid plan, but the free version is still good for most work.

What do you like best about the product?
Postman has added new feature of AI for making APIs on postman easily and it's very helpful for new dev's on postman for making APIs for their apps like frontend data fetching APIs and backend database APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Postman postbot needs improvement for better responses. In postman set variables is quite hard for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postbot AI can write scripts for different APIs and guide for how to set confidential data's variables, also help to set environment variables in postman for API authentication securities.
A must have tool for every developer working with APIs
What do you like best about the product?
Postman is very easy to use and quick to set up making implementation simple for any team . I use it frequently because it has a great set of features and smooth integration with tools like github and jenkins. The customer support and community are also reliable and overall its a time saver for everyday API work.

It can feel a bit heavy with large collections and some advanced features required a paid plan. Sometimes the desktop app feels a bit heavy especially when switch between large collections.

2.It supports almost all the protocols, be it HTTPS,GRPC,WS, etc.
3. Its UI is quite easy to understand and use.
4.The CLI which Postman provides in form of Newman is quite easy to intergrate in CI/CD pipelines.
5.Its provides such good features in even Non Pro subscription.
6.Its customer support is good.

The things i dislike about Postman are -
1. Its Pro subscription is quite expensive.
2.It does not provides syncing between teams without signing up to cloud, that should not be the case.
3.It supports only Javascript in scripting only, it should allow some other languages too.

It can have better debugging features for broken APIs

Without building any Front-end applications, can easily test Backend APIs with postman by using data contracts and can get everything done without waiting for UI development
