Sharing my experience of using Postman for more than one and a half year
What do you like best about the product?
Having utilized Postman for over a year and a half as a backend developer, I can attest to its indispensable role in my backend development journey.
Postman has been a support for me in backend development. Its intuitive interface made it easy for me to dive in, even as a beginner. I find myself using it frequently for everything from basic API testing to advanced tasks like WebSocket and gRPC integration. Postman's simplicity and reliability make it my go-to tool every day, whether I'm working solo or collaborating with teammates.
One more thing is you're capable of creating environmental variable in collection scope and global scope. So, no need to changing values on multiple places.

What do you dislike about the product?
While it was easy to use, but there is a downside that the documentation is not user friendly for begginer. In the beginning when I had to read the documentation regarding Mock test, it was somehow difficult to understand what the writer wants to say. I had to take the help of available blogs on other sites.
Please update the documentation and make it simple.

It helps in debugging. For example, we have intergration between our enterprise application to Mulesoft..But its difficult to find the error using enterprise application but same errors can be easily caught in the postman tests.Loved it!

PostMan - Review
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use PostMan as a means to test internal systems via REST API Calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that I now am required to create a log in to fully use the product, but I do see the benefits of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although there are other tools availble for the work I do (ie SOAPUi). PostMan is free for use. It does require a user login to fully utilize the tool and it's feature like Collections and Environments. The nice feature with the login for PostMan is that your "loaded" API Collections follow you where you are logged in. As a trainer I work locally for some projects and on others (the majority of the time) , I am using a Virtual Machine. All I have to do is open PostMan and log in and everything is "loaded" and ready for use.
