What do you like best about the product?
Postman is one of the best platforms to design, and test thoroughly the APIs that you will come across. It has a large stack of open APIs to perform the required R&D as per our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things to dislike when it comes to Postman as it serves the purpose. Code reusability can be introduced in Postman when automating RESTful web services which can be found in certain other API testing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have majorly used Postman to test out the APIs exposed to us during our projects and what they yield during the same before implementing them in a real-time environment or production-based scenarios. Before implementing any exposed API in an RPA project, we use Postman to test the API and have an understanding of the output result they return.

UI is so cluttered these days

What do you like best about the product?
Best tool for api and its collections.
Testing basic things are good
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Even with the paid plan, mocks are limited to 10k request / month. Which is not at all enough.
2. UI is very cluttered (Earlier used to be user friendly)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collections and environmental variable configuration are good

What do you like best about the product?
The Postman tool is a cloud-based and Fast tool which is easy to operate and understand, user-friendly even for first-timers. The UI of the tool is pretty good. This is mainly helpful for the users who does not have more technical knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Postman is very good for REST APIs. Its not well designed for other APIs like SOAP APIs. Also Test script reuasability is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Postman tool on daily basis. Our company is an API development company and Postman helps to test our APIs, automation testing for the APIs. Monitors feature helps the team for scheduled Automatic runs, which is a huge plus.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Postman API is user friendliness, easily accessible and easy request tracking. We can easily feed the parameters and test the API's when developed or after developing.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Postman API is it can be little more optimized for SOAP based API's. Script reusablilty can be improved in future updates of the Postman API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the best tool for a Developer who develops API's and test it out. It benefits by easily inputting paramters such as URL, Token Key and getting the HTTP request in short period of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Postman as an environment for developers helps to analyze the overall pace of data's nature.
It's like a guide walking through the outcome of your API response with all the possible information.
Allows one to time the response and its server status code to understand the communication.
An overall must-use software to get around the workflow of your API interaction with 3rd party technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be user-friendly and easy to understand the use of the software.
If you export the collection from the postman you should be able to edit & import the same changes in the postman collection.
It doesn't give you the right error message if you loose the server connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the time to create a file where you have to manually define the API workflow and then be able to use it fully.
It helps to trace the server status code where you can map the exact communication happening with the server and its request.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Master the basics of API interactions and workflow before you consider to work on Postman.

What do you like best about the product?
Convinent to use, and ideal for restful API test also reused there pre-return script,mainly used for manual testing
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not used for SOAP API and Other API only used for manual testing,it does not run client side script also it does not measure front end performance

After Fetching the API output data display in Key-pair format which is helpful to understand

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and handy tool to test the API, It allows all the operation like Get, Post, Put, Delete etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing like dislikes just sometimes it takes more time to install and open.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that normally to use Postman requires certain technical knowledge but the tool is designed to make everything more understandable even if you are just starting to use it

Nothing, for now, I like it very much and I'll continue using it

I use it to test API at work, also my colleagues share with me their collections and in that way, we can have a collaborative work
