A Must Have Tool For Any Developer And Tester Working with APIs
What do you like best about the product?
Postman makes API testing and Debugging very easy without having to write extra code. I like that quickly create requests, tweak parameters, and instantly see the response. I like the workspace sharing features like team member can easily edit API Body they can test, Save and it change in all workspace so everyone can see that changes in realtime and both members change in same API then its show CONFLICTS that the amazing feature. I use Postman on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now i haven't found any issues in Postman, so now no dislikes from my side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us to Create a workspace where all team member can easily Test The API's and they can access multiple API's at the same time and can edit fields. so it save a lot of time of Developer and tester.
Postman in practice - product owner's perspective
What do you like best about the product?
Helps in bridging gap between technical and non technical people, as a PO i need to validate certain api structures and evaluate if the required date and validations are in place . With postman , I can very easily execute the API's and view the request , response structures. It also helps with auto documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
Scripting and automation is difficult for a non technical resource . It should be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in visualizing the API request response structure, error codes . This is useful especially when validating the technical design is aligned with functional requirment or not.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use. You just enter request specifics and url and then test the APIs. The added advantage of OAuth features makes Postman a good tool for API testing
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's great work by developers. Enjoy using it. However with rise in automation the relevancy of Postman is reduced
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually testing API is simplified. Collections - An additional feature where we can store similar requests and thus organize the API request lists

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to implement or check APIs with Postman. Postbot also very helpful.

Currently, I didn't find any issue while using Postman.

Mostly, used the Postman for API related use and I feel it best tool. Also, it give good options to manage and share APIs.

Postman is so useful in API Development most likely for API testing.It so easy to use for beginners also.Postman helps developers to test their developed APIs.

Postman sometimes became slow when there is large amount of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Postman makes API testing incredibly straightforward. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for newer developers. I especially appreciate the ability to save and organize requests into collections, automate test scripts using JavaScript, and use environments to manage variables across different stages (dev, QA, prod). The mock server and monitoring features are also great for collaboration and debugging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can lag a bit with very large collections, and syncing across team members isn't always instant. Also, some of the more advanced collaboration features are gated behind the paid tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman helps our team streamline the API development lifecycle—from design and documentation to testing and monitoring. It’s reduced the back-and-forth between frontend and backend teams and made our QA process much more efficient. Automated tests have also caught issues early, saving hours of debugging.

What do you like best about the product?
Postman is very straightforward to use and it make api testing very easy. i use Postman on Daily basis for my development work. I really like how i can create and organize collections for different API's, which makes testing much faster. it also integrates nicely with our version control and CI/CD workflows. Easy to use interface.

As such no dislike from my side Performance and features is amazing, but sometime it show popup yes or no. it can be ignorable

sometimes the app cab feel a bit slow or heavy, specially with large collections, Some advanced features are locked and only available for paid tire, and the learning curve for automation and scripting can be steep for new users.
