Effortless API Management with Stellar UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Postman to manage my API collection and build and test RESTful APIs for our client apps. It makes it really easy for me to share request and response data with developers and show how the API architecture works. I love the impressive and easy-to-use user interface for setting API parameters. What I like most is the user interface, ease of use, collection sharing, and real-time API collection saving features. The predefined variables are a cherry on top to avoid redundant URL exposure. It's extremely easy to set up, and switching from manual API testing to Postman has brought better features and content sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now from the existing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Postman to easily manage my API collections and test RESTful APIs. It simplifies sharing request and response data with developers and offers an intuitive interface for setting API parameters, making collaboration and understanding API architecture effortless.

I have been using Postman for two years, and it has proven to be an excellent tool for API testing. During this time, I have used it extensively for API testing projects with a banking client.

Postman occasionally introduces some delays when performing validation.

This platform has been helpful for API testing in my project. It made it easier for me to carry out API testing tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Postman for the past five years and have witnessed it improve with every update. API testing has never been easier for me, and now, with the addition of the VSCode extension, it is even more convenient.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about Postman. It has significantly improved my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman has made API testing and management much easier for me. Its user interface is very beginner-friendly and intuitive. The layout is clean, making it simple to navigate and understand.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the most used tool for API testing, state management, documentation, and seamless sharing of workspace among peers. This seamless collaboration allows peers to share collections and test results in real-time, significantly reducing the friction of manual handoffs and improving overall developer productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its online mode is most annoying and if there is some network issue, then it will not work as desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a software tester, it's a goldmine to see what's happening inside the application. It makes real collaboration with the developers and helps in doing the validation of APIs in the most efficient way possible. I can't imagine a day in my office with Postman if I am working with APIs.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation on the api collection is the best part and testing on rate limiter can be happens easily as well as sharing the documentation format as well as working the collection sharing and team can work easily on it and adding the responses of api in it with success as well as failure in it

Nothing just ai to do better documentation with environment setup of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically we are the teams of 3 developers we are not satisfy with swagger so all have to add again and again for documentation so we prefer to make it better clear documentation with response we prefer the postman and we have make the documentation with response as well for success and failure both with environment setup for it and in the documentation it consists of path as well as environment setup as well in it

What I like most about Postman is how it bridges the gap between developers and API’s - it makes something that can feel abstract and technical into a very testable workflow

Cloud sync sometimes lags or conflicts leading to duplicate collections or lost changes that is something I dislike about postman
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that postman solve for me are postman automates manual testing with test scripts and monitors which is very helpful and saves a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how postman simplifies the entire API lifecycle, from design to testing. The ease of use is major plus, as it provides an intuitive interface that allows even beginners to send requests and analyze responses quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes application be quite resource-intensive, causing it to lag or consume a lot of memory when handling large collection of APIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman solves the problem of manual testing fatigue by allowing us to save, organize and automate our API requests in shared collecions. It benefits me by acting as command center for our API projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me verify if my app registration on Azure is successful by helping me get the access token identity token, et cetera

Nothing as of now, but the fact that it is a little slow bugs me sometime

The fact that I don’t have to actually write code to get the access token instead, I can just use postman and get it

I find Postman very expressive and easy to test REST APIs with. It's an open-source platform that is valuable for software developers like me, as we can use it effectively without the need for Chrome extensions. The initial setup of Postman is very easy, allowing us to quickly detect bugs and errors. I appreciate having a dedicated tool just for testing REST APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit tough to log in and sign up for the first time. Sometimes it may take five to ten minutes, which is a bit more challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman makes testing REST APIs easy and expressive, as it handles HTTP methods like GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE without errors like those in Google Chrome. It simplifies detecting bugs and errors, eliminating the need for Chrome extensions.
