What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features of GoAnywhere MFT take time to learn, so proper training is needed. The initial setup for automation and security can be a bit detailed, and sometimes the interface feels a little confusing. In such cases, support is required.

Once configured, it manages a high frequency of movement of files between cloud systems and partner systems with minimal input. I also appreciate the vast array of features since it implies fewer hand corrective interventions and the removal of stress when it comes to external data exchanges.

The problem that I have with GoAnywhere MFT is that it can be so demanding when there are changes to be made. Modifications or integrations are time consuming. There are numerous features and it is easy to get things too complicated. This, at times, has slowed us down when partners required quick change and this can disrupt normal operations unless planned adjustments are made.

The issue with unreliable and manual file transfers is addressed by GoAnywhere MFT. My team wasted too much time before using it checking failed jobs and resending files. Now, when there is correct implementation and good integration within the systems, then there are few cases of those problems. It is applicable to me and has made work done by teams easier since files come as expected. It liberates time and minimizes stress in day to day operations.

i have used it to share the files as well as integrate with our database to share the files securely. Moreover I have used it to get the files from centralised main server of my logistics organisation to use them .

I appreciate the drag-and-drop interface for designing and automating workflows, as it doesn't require any code and reduces manual errors. This has significantly improved our team's productivity by cutting down the time spent on manual file transfers and processing. Additionally, the solution capabilities and ease of use were reasons for switching from Progress MOVEit, and the setup was very easy and straightforward with built-in connectors.

Certain times the technical support is slow to resolve issues and the solution itself is expensive.
