Fun and user-friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is fun, user-friendly and constantly evolving. It's functionality make it very interactive and an engaging platform.

As an admin, it does require a thorough onboarding session to get comfortable

The complete eco-system that it provides - it was truly created for the application of knowledge.

If you're looking to run, track and report - and that's it - probably not right for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a complete eco-system, not only for knowledge acquisition, but onto performance and behavioral transformation. This would be true for not only individual learners, but for the organization itself. The process provides for a continuous improvement cycle that builds upon itself. Whether you're looking to train for the first time, refresh, coach, change or form habits or support performance in the flow of work; this system will support you every step of the way.

What do you like best about the product?
The myQuest application is amazing! It's easy to use, has tons of functionality that no other application offers and it encourages consistent interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the billing allowed for multiple companies under the same account.

It allows me to create and sell courses quickly and easily.

Their well-specified active learning approach differentiates myQuest from other LMS or online training platforms. They understand busy professionals' challenges and have tailored their platform to ensure high completion rates, long-term knowledge retention, and effective skills development.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
myQuest provides agile digital learning through a frictionless and engaging active learning platform. Learning experiences are efficient and effectively delivered.
Made for modern, blended learning solutions
What do you like best about the product?
It is built for action-learning/microlearning. Easy to break content into bite-size pieces and then have the learner go out and practice and then come back to reflect. Supports 1-1 coaching and peer coaching from fellow learners. Easy to set up and create content too. Most importantly, my users consistently tell me it is one of the best learning programs and platforms they have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
They make frequent enhancements, and I find it challenging to incorporate the new features into existing offerings.

Blended learning conducted and organized in one simple system.
MyQuest for new training opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
As we created our first training projects, MyQuest allowed us to easily create, update and edit our course material while being extremely cost-effective for our company. The customer service is OUTSTANDING and the communication from the MyQuest team is simply some of the best I've ever experienced. If you are building training or support modules, start here. We had a fantastic experience with MyQuest!
What do you dislike about the product?
We had no complaints about MyQuest except that we didn't have as much capacity to scale our training as we created more courses with more participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MyQuest helped us provide training for course participants from across the United States in a variety of time zones and be able to share experiences, learning projects and faculty instruction while also meeting participant needs.
Super user-friendly platform with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for the user to have a gamified experience and move through the levels self-paced. I love the online community feature, so all participants can chat in a group. I like the buddy system, private journal and ease of loading materials in the quests. The Resource Center is great for my students who need to access lots of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging on the backend to switch a user from a participant to a trainer. And once someone creates a quest, they must be changed to another kind of user and can't go back in to make edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are changing their roles features to make it easier not to have to switch users back and forth to different roles to do different things. This benefits me so that I don't have to contact support as much for help.
My 1st 6 Months MyQuest Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's a combination of the delivery/configuration options, the ease of administration, and the responsiveness of the Project Manager that has made this a great 6 months!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to name - although I would like to be able to push through FORCE PUBLICATIONS or updates directly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing clients a solution that promises large-scale development and behaviour change at a very affordable price
In the process of taking in-person college course and putting it on line.
What do you like best about the product?
I am getting the help I need the way I need it. I have been "working" on this project for several years, but haven't gotten very far. Once I met Megan, we started meeting once a month. I still procrastinated and didn't meet my deliverables. We decided to meet once a week and work on the course together during that hour. Now things are really moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not finding anything I dislike so far. I'm in the process of creating the class on the platform and am happy with the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me ideas, suggestions and a platform to take an in-person semester-long course and put it on-line. I am finally moving this project forward with a view to completion.
MyQuest helped us transition smoothly to virtual programming when live sessions were not possible
What do you like best about the product?
GREAT customer service, User-friendly, visually pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features do not apply to our needs, and we want more "team-specific" options within a Quest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The MyQuest platform enhances individual learning retention and application in between our virtual live group sessions. We've been able to effectively run multiple programs with different groups at the same time very successfully, which makes it very efficient for our team.
