Easy to use and integrate
What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly and doesn't require much to understand the building blocks and get started. We also like the way we can integrate our materials or outside links
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more of the learner side - people don't like to read instructions, but fortunately we don't have many learners who are confused by the platform

Integrating our asynchronous pre-, inter- and post-session work for our synchronous workshop training
Interactive, effective and supportive platform!
What do you like best about the product?
This product has given my company the edge, we are offering a service that no other educational body is currently providing. The community and 1:1 page provides us with an interactive service that can be delivered online, saving us time and money. Very easy to use. A simple tool to build an interactive and effective course for students. Project management by the MYQUEST team is second to none, extremely efficient and supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have this product via an app.

Highly aligned learning support system
What do you like best about the product?
I am glad that MyQuest has an explicit learning model that is closely aligned with the one I work with. This has made it much easier to design engagements that generate learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently a lack of ability for users / students to download their journal entries, but I have heard this feature is coming soon, so that it will help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My 'problem' was that systems like Moodle or Blackboard did not seem to make student engagement easy to happen and micro-learning towards specific goals was also not easy.
I have been very pleased to find how the myQuest platform aligns with my method of supporting learning.
MyQuest staff have been super helpful in supporting my process of learning and playing with their system to figure it out. They are always quick to respond with cheerful help. My university students report real value and having their learning stick much better using this system. Now I'm exploring building learning support systems in other contexts and very much looking forward to continuing this with MyQuest.

Great learning platform, easy to use from back end and received well by our clients!
What do you like best about the product?
The staff who work for the company are accommodating and knowledgeable. They are super responsive to support queries and are open to suggestions for future development upgrades to suit our needs. Being a software education & consultancy company, we were looking for an easy-to-use LMS backend where we could develop our programs to roll out to our 1000+ clients. We chose MyQuest as it was straightforward to use and also because of the competitive rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are not very comprehensive for our clients who operate global branches. Therefore this is currently a manual process that we are resolving with the MyQuest team.

Enhance Your Program Content
What do you like best about the product?
The myQuest platform allows us to provide participants access to our program content in a user-friendly manner that looks professional. Building programs are easy and straightforward, and analytics on program access is detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing the branding is difficult and has to happen with the assistance of myQuest staff. I would love the option of changing the appearance as I wish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem myQuest solves is the ease of use for participants and online engagement. It also ensures participants complete tasks before moving on to the next.
MyQuest LMS review
What do you like best about the product?
The LMS had courses that were simple to create and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not mass upload users with a spreadsheet, unlike many other LMSs. The game style design of the courses were a bit out of date. The website design for the user portal was too simple and did not provide many options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to offer our clients an online platform to learn our courses and track their progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MyQuest is a straightforward LMS, but it does not offer many features that other competing products provide. The most interesting thing about them is how they charge for using their product by charging a one-time fee per user for the lifetime of the product.
