What do you like best about the product?
They respond incredibly quickly to all inquiries and always try to find a solution.

There is nothing I don't like. I am always satisfied.

What do you dislike about the product?
- It is not so much of a dislike - however, some advanced features require you to have semi-technical expertise to maximise the gains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to sending highly personalised marketing campaigns to our customers, Bloomreach Engagement platform's advanced data collection capabilities. It acts as a central hub for all the customer data, keeps it in once place enabling us the cater relevant and preferred marking communication.

Setting up segmentation, scenarios, and creating a report. Customer support is helpful and fast.

Sometimes saving issues occur, and only one person can work on a template.

Sending, analyzing emails. Integrating different software. Generating segments and reports.
The system can do anything I want it to do, the possibilities are endless

It is often hard to know where to start on utilising all of the data available and the best approach to take

All-in-One CRM with Limitless Campaign Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I use Bloomreach at our company to strategically plan omnichannel campaigns and have an all-in-one CRM platform with all necessary tools. It's great for implementing CRM strategies, segmentations, and analysis, and also supports PPC, CC, and other teams. Bloomreach is fantastic for visualizing data and customer behavior, scheduling marketing campaigns with multiple channels, and storing our CRM list. I really appreciate the campaign builder, which combines ease of use with almost unlimited customizability. Bloomreach's vast library of plug-and-play scenarios and campaigns is great for inspiration or quick implementation for quick wins.

Some more advanced features can feel a bit cumbersome or with limited capabilities.

I use Bloomreach for strategic omnichannel planning, data visualization, and CRM management. It helps schedule marketing campaigns across channels and supports our CRM, PPC, and CC teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach offers a great opportunity to compile customer data from various sources, making personalisation the next step. When you own the product and your data, you can play around and create high-hand scenarios. As a CRM tool it is also nice to be able to customize website section based on crossed segmentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time to own the product, to be fully onboard and to enjoy it easily.

Having all data in one place and create segment usable in different digital touchpoints (website, push notification, mobile, marketing automation, paid ads)

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach has a great customer support. They will always try to help you to use their many many features in the best possible way. Also they really have a drive for going with the flow, including fields like AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bits but nothing important comes to mind. They try to collect feedback on regular basis fixing these issues too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our data under control, helping finding patterns, sending out campaigns, analytics, there's a lot! We also cowork with our BR consultant on expanding our marketing personalization.
